We lived in a living room , I 've never been so cold before . We slept in our clothes and under two blankets ! The staff is friendly, but unfortunately we couldn 't solve the problem. We went to the museum itself, an excellent guide!!!! We listened with an open ear , all carefully and carefully . We went to a restaurant, a stupid waste of money! We were in Minsk in August, stayed at the Monastyrsky Hotel. If you need an experience, then this is the hotel. And how nice it is to wake up in the morning with the bright sun, to the singing of birds and the ringing of bells.The hotel staff (I don't like the word staff) are kind, friendly, and react quickly if something happens. The food in the restaurant (we only had breakfast) is everything you need for breakfast and nutritious. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, TV, table, chairs, spacious wardrobe. And of course the location of the hotel itself is the city center. Thanks! The trip to Belarus took place 100% thanks to this hotel. I decided for myself that if I go to Minsk again, I will choose this hotel again.

You need to be prepared that you will not get free drinking water here, you need to constantly buy - so-so meager and monotonous breakfasts - the “vip” sauna at the hotel is simply disgusting, you can visit it if you miss the brothels of the early 2000s, the interior and service are at this level. We arrived at the appointed time on October 26, found no one, walked through the dark corridors for a long time, went into the sauna, where they just threw a few sheets for us, and then whatever you want. TV, internet, karaoke are NOT working. Not a single employee came to us to help. The font clearly has not been changed for a long time, where a lot of chlorine was poured. We refused to pay for the non-provided service, discussed everything with the manager, who did not apologize for the inconvenience, but did not take payment either. BUT on the day of departure on October 29, at 5:30 a.m., when we were rushing to the swallow, we were stopped at the reception and demanded to pay for the sauna. On the one hand, we already discussed this issue three days ago, on the other, during these three days no one has said a word to us about this sauna. Dear representatives of the hotel, if you are reading this, do you think it's okay to fuck up like that (sorry) in the end? The impression immediately dropped to zero. Advantages: location in the historical center, beautiful interiors designed in the style of an ancient monastery, a wonderful atmosphere Conclusion: it's good here only because of the location and location. The level of service does not match the price.

However, it is something dried up and completely old in appearance. Pancakes, judging by their appearance, are heated repeatedly. They're just dried. The salads are kind of sluggish. There is no milk in the coffee machine. There is a carafe of milk. But unlike the coffee machine, the milk in the carafe is cold. That is, either hot coffee or coffee with milk.
