I forgot my mobile phone in the room. I called the administrator with a request to return it. They told me they hadn't found anything. The phone was under the pillow, and the maid who cleaned the room after me and changed the bed linen would have found it anyway. It is a pity that such dishonest people work at the hotel.

I will never stay here again.The hotel itself is good, but the service couldn't be worse!we booked a room in advance, but arrived 2 hours later, the room was already rented, we had to check into the suite.The room was a quadruple room, but for the 2nd bed they asked us 50 gr. and for every day (they said they had such rules). The room was not cleaned (we lived for 2 days).From personal hygiene products, only shampoo and soap.It was cold in the room, the batteries were cold.And I had to pay 2000 rubles for all this
