A normal hotel for business travelers. You choose the breakfasts from the menu and they are prepared. But there is a burger joint right in front of the entrance, open until midnight. It is also very convenient. There are also several coffee shops nearby. That is, you will not stay hungry. It seems that the hotel has been renovated, a lot of things have changed, but I was not aware of this repair when it was. The room I stayed in wasn't cozy, but it's enough to sleep in. The hotel is located in the center, so the location is very convenient. There is only one elevator and it is not big. Sometimes you have to wait if there is a crowd.

Very friendly staff, pleasant place, clean, cozy rooms with a minibar, great view of the Irtysh, breakfast is not a buffet, but delicious and satisfying. Nearby there is a shopping center, a coffee shop, a Burger King, that is, there is something to do.
Among the disadvantages, it is difficult to find the entrance and there is no parking as such, although the parking lot of the shopping center is in front of the entrance, and after 23.00 the barrier to enter it closes.

Nice hotel. It is especially necessary to note the perfect work of the maids - the rooms, for all their "not news", are perfectly clean.
The breakfasts are also good. There is a choice of omelet with vegetables or sausage, porridge, pancakes or cheesecakes.
There is no private parking, but there is a shopping center next to the hotel, you can park your car in its parking lot.
Near the promenade, the beach and a park with fountains, the location of the hotel is excellent.
The staff is polite and sympathetic to the wishes of customers.
The prices are quite affordable.
I recommend this hotel.
The view from the window is amazing.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city.Gorgeous view of the Irtysh River from the window.The rooms are clean and very cozy. The staff is helpful, friendly, and always ready to help.I took off the star for the outlet falling out in the bathroom and the lack of a door in the shower. There were problems with wi-fi, I had to leave the room in the corridor, under the router. The overall impression of the hotel was good.

The booking service was strange and provincial, but the prices surprised the most. The price for one night was more than 40,000 tenge without breakfast. For such a price, you can rent cool apartments in Moscow, and not a guest house in a small city and with such an atmosphere

For those who want to watch the Irtysh embankment and the city square from the window, then you need to order a corner room. I ordered a room with a view of the embankment, recommended corner room 82.
Positive:
1. A unique View, especially from the windows of the cafe on the 11th floor.
2. The rooms are refreshed by the renovation.
3. Responsive staff.
4. Walking distance to the shopping center, to restaurants.
Minuses:
1. Hot water interruptions. perhaps there is no such problem on the lower floors.
2. The speed of the Internet via Wi-Fi strongly depends on the location, it catches better near the door, the speed drops significantly in the distance of the room.
3. I had to ask for an electric kettle in the room.

There is no sign, it is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The repair is very tired, dirty wallpaper. The shower stall had no door, there was a piece of linoleum pasted on the floor of that very shower, which apparently covers the hole, and a lot of black mold. And this is a junior suite!!! There is no kettle in the room, and the water is free too. It is unclear how the management expects to get customer loyalty?!?!
