A great hotel with a good location, all the main attractions can be reached on foot. It is clean, cozy, a good breakfast buffet, there is enough of everything. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. We used the taxi service to the airport-40€. It may be cheaper via UBER, but you don't need to bother with authorization and linking a foreign card. By the way, a Mercedes minivan has arrived😀 A souvenir was presented at the check-out.

Excellent hotel, clean, newly renovated, caring staff, excellent selection of breakfast dishes, within walking distance of attractions, Eminenyu ferry station, Sirkeci station, towels were changed every day, there are bathrobes in the room, good cosmetics in the bathroom and everything you need, organized a transfer and we calmly and quickly got to the airport

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of March.
The location of the hotel is excellent, we had rooms with a view of the courtyard, quiet at night from the street.
Breakfast is decent for this level of the hotel, I got bored just on the 4th day. The coffee only sucks.
Minuses:
The rooms were quite modest in size, we were with a child and 3 suitcases, sometimes we had to walk sideways.
The air conditioner worked lame, with +23 degrees, it blew warm or cool air, but directly onto the bed, as a result, it seemed to be warm in the room, not frozen, but with a runny nose.
Only the temperature is regulated (very approximately), but not the fan speed and flow direction.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, close to Gulhane bus stop, close to all major attractions. The rooms in the hotel are nice and clean, it is clear that they have recently been renovated. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, TV, minibar. Good breakfasts. The only negative is that there are no coolers in the hotel, we bought water at a nearby store.

We had a rest in October 2024. After reading the fears about Istanbul hotels, for a very long time I could not decide on the choice of a hotel for our trip. Finally, after a long search, the choice fell on Sapphire.
I can say that the hotel did not disappoint, everything was very decent: from the location to the service. But about everything in order!
1. Location: unequivocal yes! The hotel is located in Sirkeci district, a two-minute walk from Sirkeci Train Station and Gulhane Park. If you are on a tourist visit, then it is difficult to find ideal places. Everything is close, the main tourist points are just around the corner, both in the Sultanahmet area and in Beyoglu. And what is not unimportant, there are all kinds of transport nearby that you may need - ferries, trams, metro.
2. Another big plus is that the hotel has been freshly renovated. Therefore, questions like: is it broken, does it stink, should not arise.
3. Breakfast: also yes. Delicious, a sufficient assortment for this price segment. Yes, not luxury, yes, every day is the same, but delicious, fresh and there is a choice.
4. Maintenance: another yes. They will hurry to help with all questions. Starting from "can I order a transfer" and ending with "why did my wi-fi get knocked out". And also, when evicting bonuses, they give a souvenir - Turkish sweets. It's a small thing, but it's nice.
In general, my overall assessment is that there are zero questions in the hotel, I am satisfied!

A very nice hotel. Very clean, room cleaning every day, change of towels and linen every three days. New and good furniture. Quiet enough. Good staff. A buffet breakfast is served. It is located in the very center.
We were here for a week, the area was tired of the intrusiveness of the touts, expensive, tired of the same type of breakfasts. Therefore, we made the biggest mistake by moving to Taksim.

The hotel itself has just been renovated. The rooms are not large, but very comfortable. There were all hygiene supplies in the room, bathrobes, slippers. Everything is clean. The breakfasts are good for Istanbul. Next time I will book only this hotel

I liked it, in the city center, near Sirkeci, Gulhane and Topkapi. There is a tram nearby, in the morning you can hear it ringing in the room. The first day was annoying, and then it brought a certain flavor and did not interfere at all! Conditioner. New towels, bathrobes, soap-gel shampoo, disposable slippers. Fresh renovation, cleaning every day (we only asked to take out the garbage, because we only slept in the room). There are Russian speakers at the reception, but we communicated in English.
6 floors, each with 20 rooms. There are partner hotels.
In the room there are cups, glasses, spoons, kettle, refrigerator, safe.
Breakfast is a classic buffet, there is no porridge, but there is an omelet, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a couple of types of sausage-ham, salads in slices, several types of cheeses, tomatoes-cucumbers, olives, peppers, jams-jams of several types, honey in honeycombs (!), butter, several types of tea, muesli, ayran, watermelon-melon-pears-peaches-tangerines-lime-apples, buns, muffins. Everything is very decent, clean, calm.
Friendly staff, printed out a boarding pass for the return flight, presented souvenirs at departure. It's nice! Definitely - I recommend it!

Nice hotel. Convenient location. The rooms are clean. I stopped 2 times. There is a swimming pool. The buffet for the Istanbul 4 is good. The hotel is being renovated, it's a little stressful. WiFi is good everywhere except the restaurant in the basement. The reception is round the clock, there are Russian speakers. They accept cash. They answer calls quickly and promptly. I booked from the airport. In 5 minutes by Whatsapp.

The hotel where I used to stay a lot and I was satisfied, but when I stay in 2025, I can't express the same satisfaction reason: there's not even paid or free water in the room, if needed at night, it's paid, and we go down to the machine in the hotel lobby and get water, could something absurd like this happen, if in any case you'll get the money, then we can drink in the refrigerator in the room, so the friend at the reception is not enough

She lived for a week in November 2024. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfasts. But cleaning couldn't be worse. In the room prepared for check-in, there was a sticky stain on the floor. In the bathroom, hair is smeared on the walls, floor and toilet bowl. Obviously, everything was washed with one cloth. The Internet worked every other time: I worked online, I had to use my own. I won't choose a second time.

The price-quality ratio is off the scale, in 20 I was in Istanbul for work (for several months)!
Of about 20 hotels in which I lived there, the worst is the ERSU hotel and the coolest is the Sapphire, I was in 5 hotels of the same level but the price is 2-4 times higher! I didn't find a photo except for the map!

The hotel is just super, for 6 nights with breakfast before the new year they gave 15 thousand rubles, everything is within walking distance. Booked a month in advance, flew in from Saratov. I'm just delighted with the conditions. Breakfast is included, buffet style.

I was in Istanbul from 08/27/19 to 08/04/19. The hotel is great. The breakfast is a buffet, varied and delicious. They cook an omelet with you, you can throw in any ingredients you find. I didn't go to the hammam or the pool, but I saw it. Small, cozy, clean. The staff is good, the reception speaks English quite clearly. Room cleaning and towel change every day. The air conditioner was working, it kept the specified temperature normally. WiFi works all over the hotel, but for some reason there is no access to Wikipedia, apparently, the tricks of the local RCN. The location of the hotel is super. There are sea tram berths within walking distance, you can use them to get to other parts of the city and to the islands (on the second island there is a gorgeous paid beach, to the right of the pier, about 700 meters). The Marmaray metro is 3 minutes away, you can take it anywhere. We drove in a straight line 9 stops to the aquarium, combined with the shopping center - I really liked it. There is also a tram stop nearby, and it is convenient to get to palaces and mosques nearby by tram.

The room cleaning is mediocre, the long black hair on the floor (I'm a blonde with a short haircut) was very annoying. The curtains are stained, there are holes on the bed linen and towels. They charged 55€ for early check-in, and 45€ for a day extension. Interesting math.
For the first time, paid drinking water in the room. There is also a kettle and tea. What for? Should I bring water with me?
There were 2 rooms in the reservation: with 2 single beds and with 2 bedrooms. They gave both rooms with 2 beds. After a little scandal, they gave us what was booked. The smell of tin in room 401. He is terribly smoky. The stench doesn't wear off. The window was open for 10-12 hours a day - to no avail. Non-straining staff. At the reception, they tried to sell a walk along the Bosphorus at a high price.

I was vacationing with my daughter at the Sapphire Hotel from April 25 to May 2. I liked everything about the hotel. The room is a little cramped, but considering that you only come there to sleep, it does not cause any inconvenience. The bathroom has everything (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc.). Cleaning was done every day. The breakfast buffet was hearty. The location of the hotel is very convenient (near the pier, Gulhane Park, Hagia Sophia Mosque, etc.). If there is an opportunity to come to Istanbul again, then I will stay at this hotel!!!
