Nice hotel, the room is clean, fresh linen, all conditions for relaxation. The restaurant is expensive, especially hot drinks. Breakfast seems to be included, but I didn't wait.

The best hotel in Temirtau!!! Pleasant and caring staff, very tasty cuisine and breakfasts, large portions and delicious cooking. The rooms are already tired, but they are slowly making repairs. It is urgently necessary to remove the old carpet from the rooms and replace it with laminate. Well, TV and the Internet need to be finalized, of course. WiFi only catches in the lobby of the first floor. There are only 4 channels on TV - nowadays it's not very clear...

I lived here for a week on a business trip. I liked everything, especially the delicious food at any time!

The Internet is not exactly fast, but stable, it is quite possible to use it.

We lived for almost a week in February 2024. I liked the kitchen (breakfast was included in the price), the rooms too. The only downside was that it was cool. But it's freezing outside up to 32 degrees. So it was fresh everywhere in the city. Of the chips for children, ours could not help but approach the rabbit Casper and the parrots )

The Shanyrak Hotel is located in the eastern part of the city. The room we stayed in was with two separate beds; quite spacious with a sofa and an armchair, with a refrigerator , which is very convenient if you are staying for a long time. The breakfasts are varied with a special menu. Restaurant complex at the hotels with two halls where you can have a full lunch and dinner without leaving the hotel. The hotel staff is polite, the room was cleaned regularly.

It was not the first time I stayed at this hotel. In general, the hotel is very good. Excellent restaurant, with a wide selection of dishes. The receptionist is a separate topic, very courteous and polite. Upon arrival, you really feel at home. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily. I recommend it!

This is probably a good enough hotel for the city of Timertau. I got a good room. But the cardboard doors are all audible, the sound insulation is bad, they smoked in the room before me, the mattress is soft. Of the advantages - clean, tidy and most importantly close to the factory!

The staff and service are 5*, but the living conditions need to be improved.
1. To wash, you need to drain cold water for 15 minutes.
2. The rooms are smoky. I smoke myself, but the stale smell is very unpleasant.
3. Room cleaning throws away even what should not have been thrown away (a package with a check from duty free). It would seem a trifle, but this check was not included in the report).
