Nice hotel near the airport in Namangan.
The hotel has a good and pleasant staff, the staff speaks Russian. Breakfast is served in the morning, there is always a choice: porridge, eggs, croutons, vegetables, fruits and sweets.
The decor in the rooms is decent, recently renovated. The bed is clean and snow-white. The air conditioners are working, there is always hot water.
In summer, you can spend time by the pool after a hot day. There is a bird garden in the backyard.
I recommend.

The hotel has super normal prices and affordable conditions. There is nothing repulsive. It is definitely worth a visit. I think this hotel has been operating for quite a long time and they have their own funnel of regulars, which speaks about loyalty. We were in this BEDBUG 04.05.2024 00:30 approximately. We arrived tired and immediately went to bed. We woke up early in the morning from bug bites. YES, YES, BEDBUGS!!! The manager was invited to come to the reception. She saw it with her own eyes. They came down and asked me to explain how 600,000 soums for a room with bedbugs in one night?! What did we hear in response :
- We have been doing disinfection not long ago.

the hotel barely pulls for 3 ku, the breakfast is very weak, the staff is rude and plus the locals do not inhabit it is very strange, although they spend the night underground with them. To be honest, foreigners will not be satisfied with this arrangement, it's a shame the old rooms are opened with keys and not with a card, the rooms are not cleaned and guests are not welcome there. I don't know if anyone liked it, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The prices do not match. The receptionists and the administration are trying, but apparently, the management (owners) are doing little to improve. The kitchen is a separate conversation: two aunts in housecoats walk around, serve "get off", the menu is meager (I repeat - the prices for accommodation do not match), for such a fee it would be possible to diversify and expand the menu. In principle, this does not bother the "owners" much. And why should they worry - the hotel is conveniently located, the clientele is well-established, so there is always a "full house". But don't forget that competition is growing in Uzbekistan.

I left my dress in room 216 on August 7, 2022. I called the reception, the dress was not returned.They refused to admit theft. The administration needs to check its staff for honesty. With such staff, you can safely put one star.... I had a better opinion, now I do not recommend your hotel to anyone.
