Nice hotel. On the ground floor there is a bar and a restaurant, a beauty salon. The restaurant and bar have a delicious set lunch, you can order meals, there are takeaways. One of the disadvantages is a small parking lot.

I was vacationing here with the children at the end of July. The breakfast is a buffet with a fairly large selection. The room was quite comfortable, there is a small gym.

I haven't been to the hotel itself. I came to the bar for lunch. 1500 set lunch. The food is delicious. Salad, first, second and compote. I tried to eat in various places (in Temirtau on a business trip for 2 weeks in July 2023) - I liked it the most here. The disadvantage is that there are no set meals on Saturdays and Sundays. And so everything is clean, neat and delicious. The staff is polite. Payment by card or cash.

I will immediately note the very friendly staff, cleanliness in the rooms. What I don't like: very high temperature in the rooms, poor TV picture quality, lack of Russian channels and an abundance of anti-Russian channels.

The hotel of the old foundation. Major repairs were made in the mid-90s. The rooms are mostly small, everything is loose. The air conditioning system is a mess, there are several rooms that have been pulled up to a normal level, but in general I do not recommend it, although the restaurant and kitchen are decent.

Excellent and beautiful administrators, tolerant Wi-Fi from time to time. The rooms are old and small. Cleaning every day. The showers are small. The service in the bar is often long, the price /quality of the bar dishes is 5 out of 10. The breakfasts are good, for 7/10.

I stayed at the hotel in May 2021, took a standard single room.
1. The quality of the Internet is very poor, it is impossible to use Skype or tims, there are constant disconnections. Internet is not available in the entire hotel. It is impossible to work.
2. The reception administrator could not arrange a transfer to the airport, there is simply no such service in the hotel.
3. The floor was undergoing renovation, noise in the daytime, smells from building mixes and paint.
4. The interior of the room resembles the Soviet Union. A cramped shower cabin. Very good audibility of the neighbors. There is no drinking water, tea or mini-bar. The first day there is rusty water in the faucet.
5. With the windows closed, mosquitoes attacked at night.
Perhaps this is the best hotel in Temirtau, so far there is nothing to compare it with. But compared to other hotels in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
