Excellent hotel, cleanliness and order everywhere: starting from the rooms and ending with any corner. Very well-groomed flowers, all balconies are clean, although drying clothes are too small, but in comparison with all the advantages, this is a small drawback. One more thing is bad - you can't have alcohol in the room. Most vacationers still come to taste local wines, and in their restaurant the choice is small and more expensive than everywhere else. Perhaps this is the only single moment that did not suit us. Everything else is great. Thank you very much to the girls at the reception, smart guys, very friendly and responsive. As for the infrastructure - the central market is nearby, the central beach is at most 7 minutes, if you wander and stare around. According to the location of the hotel, it is certainly not the city center, but we easily walked everywhere, because it is not far from the center. We really liked it.

We had a rest with our family in early October. Very cozy, modern hotel. The pool area is stylishly, elegantly, and comfortably decorated. It's like a bomb!)) Sooo delicious breakfasts - porridge fire, sandwiches are incredibly delicious. Special thanks to the chefs for the eggplant salad and the boat!!!The rooms are also stylish and cozy. Snow-white starched underwear. Cleaning every day, optional. There is a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, in the bathroom - there is everything from soap to a toothbrush with toothpaste. To the beach 10 min walk. There are many cafes, shops, and a market along the way. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a rest in July 2022. We bought vouchers at the last moment, because we were given a vacation. And they did not lose. So far, the experience of the hotel is very pleasant. Everything is clean, cozy, modern. One of the disadvantages is the location. But, we did not stay at the hotel, but went on excursions. In the evening, we took dinners at the restaurant, sitting by the pool. We liked everything. We went to the beach,, Mocha,, by taxi. The beach is very nice and clean. The staff was polite, we were escorted off like close friends. Because if you treat people well, then they treat you too)) Yes, I also liked the Botanical Garden in the center of Sukhum. But I don't recommend going to the zoo.

To everyone. Hello, the hotel is new. The rooms are small but neat and comfortable, there is everything you need. It is quite conveniently located. The sea is 10 minutes away. at least, the car and the railway station are 25 minutes on foot in the opposite direction from the sea.

A good city hotel, sterile cleanliness in everything. Stylish, it is clear that they worked with the design. Delicious breakfasts, there is a massage chair. It is located in the center, but the area around it looks more like an industrial zone.
Very strict internal rules of the hotel, I do not advise you to neglect, I witnessed a not very pleasant showdown between the owner and the guests at the reception.

With a buzz , we just arrived at the end of September , there are few people comfortable , but the bar is very expensive , the beer tank is 200 rubles , homemade wine for an amateur is 500 rubles for 1 liter.
The pool, depending on the weather, is warm , but it is heated , I did not visit the sauna because I did not want 2500 rubles somehow.
Tomorrow - porridge with milk , cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a couple of slices of tomatoes and cucumbers and a sandwich.

We have just returned from the paradise of Sukham and from the beautiful AinLan Hotel. Our family traveled all over Europe, Southeast Asia, Maldives, Mexico, etc. This hotel has wonderful service, comfort, attention, delicious cuisine. Breakfast is included in the price: homemade porridge with fresh fruits, pancakes, cottage cheese with jam, scrambled eggs, vegetables, tea, coffee. The chef cooks superbly, from the European menu to Japanese cuisine, pizza on thin dough- fire👍all cocktails are a bomb, homemade wines are just a natural product without any additives. The owners of the hotel are a very hospitable family, they will envelop you with care. If you are looking for an option in Sukhumi, just go here. There are several beaches: 300 meters from the pebble hotel, 5 minutes by taxi 250 rubles Mocha beach, equipped no worse than European ones, there are restaurants, showers, water sports pitchforks, etc. In general, Abkhazia is beautiful, we will return 100%.

Everything matches the description, we really liked it! We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms, everything is clean, there is everything you need. The rooms are cleaned if you hang a sign, but still superficially, they have never been wiped on the bedside tables near the bed, but it's not scary. There is a swimming pool and a sauna! There is a restaurant, food for four, it's expensive, it's better to go to the cafe opposite Abaza.
The location is good, 10 minutes to the beach, near the market, a local supermarket, a Wet nurse and even a Magnet) There are also a lot of cafes, we never ate twice in one place during the rest.

We stayed for one night in early May 2023 and were more than satisfied. The room has a lovely bed with a good mattress (this is important for my back), very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is simply amazing: you definitely need to taste the Baku salad, homemade khinkali, a boat, compote. The set is traditional, but here it is prepared in a wonderful way. Chacha deserves some words of gratitude: it's delicious and doesn't hurt in the morning. A very kind and human attitude. I liked everything so much that in August we decided to just visit this kind place and have a snack. It got even better)))

Among the advantages is a good mattress, a swimming pool and an on-site restaurant. At the same time, there are a lot of disadvantages. There is no hair dryer. Breakfast is the same every day, semolina, millet, oatmeal porridge changes, as well as fried eggs or boiled eggs with toast with cheese for breakfast every day, etc. There is no service, they react negatively to any request. The air conditioner works with terrible noise, and if you take a room on the ground floor, which you were not warned about when booking, then you get a plus noise from breaking doors and noise from the reception. I don't recommend it. In Abkhazia, you can find a place for 9000 rubles per room much better

We had a rest in the middle of September 2022. What good fellows the owners and employees of the hotel are! A very nice cozy hotel, everything is chosen with such taste! Even the fact that the hotel is located in an industrial zone could not spoil our impression! Delicious breakfasts, amazing food in the restaurant, the cleanest pool! And it's not far from the sea! And what an interesting excursion was organized for us by one of the hotel staff in Chernihiv! My husband and I are grateful to everyone we had to meet at this wonderful hotel! Good luck and prosperity to you! We wish that the city administration would allow you to expand and improve the territory nearby the hotel!

We arrived at the end of April with a group of child athletes. Considering that we occupied the floor of the hotel out of season, the hosts were hospitable and welcoming only on the day of arrival, the adults were treated with wine, the children were treated with treats… This is the end of hospitality, all questions and complaints cause the hosts to be negative, instead of trying to resolve the situation, they begin to prove that this is how it should be ... so right, and we are ungrateful people, we do not appreciate their efforts. The cost of accommodation with meals is very high, in addition, cash payments and no checks are given, the food is not bad, but VERY simple and monotonous breakfasts, and when you want to order from the restaurant menu, they say that the dish will not be soon as the cook is busy preparing the main lunch or dinner.
The rooms are generally normal, very small, but this is not a problem. One of the advantages of the hotel is the swimming pool, without it it would be quite sad, the courtyard is also pretty, pleasing to the eye. The neighbors are devastated, and there is really an industrial zone outside the territory. There is nothing to do with children here, they are not treated very well because they eat little and do not drink ... you can't make money on them (((, and they have nowhere to be, except for the pool, nothing is provided for them ... there is little space in the lobby, they are not welcome at the bar. It's not far to the sea, but we were in the cool season, it's hard to imagine that it will be there in summer. There is no desire to return here.

The breakfasts are hearty, but if you don't eat porridge, eggs and a cheese sandwich, you will have nothing to eat). There is a restaurant. Its prices are at the level of expensive restaurants in Sukhum.
On the plus side, there is a good swimming pool with clean (at least in appearance) water. The staff is friendly.

Last summer I had a chance to spend 2 nights in this hotel...I couldn't move out, alas. They refused to give the advance payment received upon check-in, when an hour later, after the second "cleaning" in the room, it remained the same in crumbs and filled with a refrigerator. 2 sluggish aunts complained that the vacuum cleaner does not work well, they can do nothing.I had to vacuum myself. The stained surface of the bathroom, one of them wiped exactly where I showed it, the rest of the stains remained. If I find a photo, I'll add it. The impressions after that are spoiled by living at all.
Of the advantages, we can note the polite reception and the polite security guard, who often came to fix the fallen-off Internet (it will also be bad to work there), perhaps the breakfast is quite tasty and close to the sea and the market.There is a swimming pool, although I did not use it.
The rest is cons: dirty room; the balcony door does not fully open (it rests on the bed) to go out on the balcony you have to try; in the evenings, the repertoire of the neighboring cafe Abaza (it's for an amateur, I don't really like it), the cafe itself is delicious; there are no territories except around the pool. And the price is inflated several times, over the past couple of years, sea holidays have become difficult to access, so homeowners are trying to profit for the future, apparently.

They asked for ice to add to the water, looked surprised and said that "we are forbidden with our alcohol," as if we had brought alcohol into the room and, horror, were going to drink it there.
In my opinion, this is completely overkill and not hospitable.

We had a family vacation with a child.A cozy and beautiful hotel, the best accommodation option in Sukhum. Super comfortable, with a varied menu from the chef. Friendly, hospitable staff. The sea is three hundred meters from the hotel. A wonderful place in Abkhazia, we will definitely return!!

The hotel was offered to us by the tour operator, but before check-in I went to read the reviews and got a little tense from the recent reviews of 1 star. I went to other resources - all the reviews are good. I drove here a little on pins and needles, and thank all the gods, most of the negativity turned out to be nonsense. Now, point by point.
1) Location: yes, the prom zone, but this is the outskirts of the garden, which is perfectly visible on the map, it takes 6-7 minutes to walk to the sea at a calm walking pace (we walked a little longer to reach a place where you can take a sunbed and an umbrella), there are very few people on the beach, because the bulk of vacationers are in the central part the beach.
2) The oasis hotel itself is on this outskirts: the courtyard is tidy, clean and green, friendly, attentive staff, a gorgeous pool and bar (there is also a sauna, but we did not use it).
3) The rooms are clean, the renovation is fresh, the air conditioner does not cope well with such heat, but there is help from it. Room cleaning is really daily, but for this you need to hang a sign on the door (without your request, the staff will not enter your room): towels will be changed, bed linen will be rearranged, missing soap accessories will be given (but here I still advise you to take your own, the format itself is not very convenient, because everything is not according to jars, and bags, like probes)
4) Breakfast. Our breakfasts were included initially. The breakfasts are dense: porridge, scrambled eggs, a sandwich with cheese, sometimes there is also a sausage or croissant and tea / coffee. The breakfasts are not varied, but this was not a problem for us.
5) The on-site bar is amazing, the food is delicious, the portion size pleases both the eye and the stomach. We tried to eat outside the hotel several times at the beginning of the vacation, but in the end we stopped taking risks. Prices are the same as in the city, maybe some dishes on the menu are more expensive, but I can't give specific examples.
6) The hotel has very strict rules on food and alcohol (you can't bring your own into the room, or there are restrictions). Yes, you can quarrel about it, but apparently there were incidents, since the hotel took such a step.

Very tasty breakfasts, pleasant and helpful staff. Nice room. From the balcony there is a view of the mountains (in the morning it is just a magnificent sight).
One of the disadvantages is not a very good location, it is dark in the evening to get on bad roads without asphalt. And there are only such roads around, everything is dug up.
To the nearest bus / minibus / taxi stop (Sukhum railway station), walk along the roadway (not particularly fast, but still). There were no pedestrian roads to the station.
The sea is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Nearby, a 5-minute walk to the city market, very convenient.

The hotel is super! Our room fully matched the description. The staff tries very hard, goes to a meeting for all requests. I was pleasantly pleased with the restaurant in the hotel. We had breakfast included, but in the evenings we had dinner on the restaurant menu, and it is really delicious, better than many nearby establishments. In general, I left a pleasant impression, the level of hospitality is immediately visible. I would have gone back there. Many thanks to the staff for a great stay!

We were on New Year's holidays on 02.01.2021 and at the same time we were shocked by the level, hospitality and quality of the hotel! In a nutshell, it is expensive and rich! We were greeted with a jug of homemade wine and fruits. The room is clean, large, everything is brand new, as if it had just been renovated. Overall, I really liked it, there is a parking place for cars that are being monitored, breakfast was included (hearty, but a little fussy, they did not expect such an influx of guests), if the price tag is not atomic!!!

I don't understand those who write-super! What are the 4 stars??? Maybe everything is relative, of course. But I can confidently say 2 no more.
1. There is no cleaning (there were 2 days).
2. Breakfast may be normal, but the waiters can't cope.
3. I decided to stroke it... An ironing board with a screw.
4. The location of the hotel is an industrial zone. There's nowhere to eat around. They advised a nearby institution, rating 4.7). We went and were horrified by this institution.
In general! Abkhazia is beautiful!!! But it is better to go there on excursions from Adler or Sirius with a return trip in the evening.
And the last thing is the price tag. Sorry, but 7 rubles per day... Maximum of 2!

We booked this hotel for August 2022, we had a trip with my mother. We drove up and were horrified by the place, a real industrial zone. The hotel is absolutely not suitable for 4 stars. The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower, the toilet with blackened stripes. The maid who came began to justify herself, and say that, it turns out, the toilet should be like that, and nothing can be done with it. Apparently, they haven't heard about special chemistry in this hotel. The view from the window just killed: Someone's yard with a ramshackle and a half-naked man. The declared parking at the hotel, in fact, turned out to be just a street parking lot in front of the hotel. A compliment? You haven't heard. Very cheap slippers, soap accessories. The breakfast was not at all impressive. The price tag is off the scale for this place and the level of the hotel. 2 stars no more. They ran away the next day.
The advantage of this hotel is only in good mattresses.

The hotel is not worth the money indicated for the room, a maximum of 2000 per night, the service is clearly not 4 stars. For the same money, I recommend renting a room in any other place than living near the market and industrial zone, where on the opposite side every evening locals celebrate holidays until nightfall.
The hotel itself is neat, everything is modern and relatively new, there is a swimming pool, but all the advantages end there. There is no bar, there is no choice, there is no food, (4 stars!), our room was not cleaned, although upon arrival it was said that they were cleaned every day. The breakfast is modest and they can't cope with a full landing. I do not recommend visiting.
