The hotel is cool, clean , cozy , the staff are friendly , and many thanks to the administrator. I forgot the ring . He brought such people himself. It's very difficult to find such people. May Allah be pleased with both worlds with this board

The hotel made a double impression. I will describe the pros and cons in order.
Positive
+quite a convenient location if you plan to take a taxi. There is a large shopping mall nearby.
+ perfect cleanliness in the room upon check-in.
+in the basement there is a kitchen with kettles, a cooler, tea; at any time of the day or night you can drink tea.
+serviceable air conditioning in the room, it was always possible to make a comfortable temperature.
+ a very nice receptionist, friendly, super adequate. when we left for Samarkand early in the morning, she got up and packed us sandwiches for the road. She helped in everything, answered all questions🤍
Now the cons
- The sound insulation in the room is not very good, and there is a road nearby. Cars can be heard quite strongly at night.
- The watering can was broken in the shower and the tray was leaking. The watering can was repaired on request, but the pallet remained thin. I had to lay a towel, and even that didn't help, there was a big puddle on the shower floor.
- We left late, and asked for a late check-out. The room was free, but the guy at the reception asked us for the full price, arguing that "the maid will leave and will not be able to clean our room." This is a very significant disadvantage, which I couldn't close my eyes to. They usually charge 50%, the maid's schedule is not a problem for guests.
