I will not say that I often use the services of hotel accommodation, but I still have experience.
We have never seen such a terrible hotel ...
When booking a room, it was indicated that parking for a car is provided. Upon arriving at the place, a man came up to us, did not even greet us and said that there were no places and put the car wherever you want.. (At the same time, in Russian, he cursed the vacationers that they did not put the cars carefully). When I said that I had a confirmation for accommodation and parking, this man did not even listen. I had to go to the hotel reception to solve this problem. As a result, my wife and I were allocated a parking space.
Then we began to go through the registration procedure at the hotel. The receptionist said that we were not in the hotel's armor. When I dictated the reservation number, she said that yes, you are actually on the list. After processing the information, she told us to pay for the accommodation. I told her that everything was paid for at the time of booking and showed her the confirmation. Then another 5-7 minutes passed and we received the long-awaited keys.
Entering the elevator, he did not react to any command, the receptionist said that "IT PROBABLY DOES NOT WORK" and we moved to another elevator.
Having gone up to our floor, we found a room, we open it, and there are the guest's things and he himself sleeps on the bed.... We immediately left and went to the bottom to clarify the situation.
The receptionist was not surprised, did not apologize, but simply said that it was all strange and provided us with another room to check in.
We enter the room: The entrance door with slits as thick as a finger. The extractor hood does not work in the bathroom, the shower is siphoning in all directions. There are not even slippers, not to mention water, tea, etc. the audibility is very high, it feels like we are not alone in the room, but at least 5-6 more people are talking to us.
We went to breakfast in the morning, too, nothing special.
I think that by paying 7,300 rubles (100 €) per day, the service and service should be much better.
The second time, I won't go there even for 1000 rubles. Per day.
