Nice hotel in the city center.
Rooms of different price categories.
Room from the budget category: small in size, but clean, bright, with a bathroom.
Good sound insulation in the hotel. I can't hear the neighbors.
Beautiful view from the room window to the embankment.
Breakfast is a buffet (classic European menu). Everything is very tasty.
You can safely stay at this hotel with a family with preschool children, because this hotel is safe and hygienic.
The sights are within walking distance. There is a large shopping center nearby, and in the next building to the hotel there is a wonderful
grocery store with local products.
The hotel has its own secured parking, which is undoubtedly an advantage for car travelers.

We stayed once, a three-star hotel. It is located in the center of Minsk, beautiful places nearby. A large shopping center is within walking distance. The hotel itself is normal, clean, smells nice. Of the cons: there was a small old TV in the room, there were 3 channels, the remote control did not work well, apparently the canaries sat down. They did not put the set: shampoo, conditioner, soap. The plus was a small refrigerator, which I did not count on. There is a hair dryer, there was no kettle. I rented a single room standard. The bed is wide, the blanket is warm, the pillows are good.
There is a water cooler and a shared refrigerator in the lobby.
The prices are reasonable. I recommend.

Very convenient location!!! Very!!! Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing is to try to book renovated rooms on the upper floors, a good old hotel. Everything is available: a hairdryer, a kettle, a separate ironing room with everything you need on floors 7-8. Parking 6₽, a sink right in the parking lot, on the ground floor there is a very cozy cafe (with a very rich assortment of "not only coffee" sandwiches with caviar and salmon are just a bomb).

Very good location of the hotel. All the sights can be reached on foot, which we did. Troitsk suburb, Upper Town, Rakovsky suburb-everything is nearby, as well as the metro. On foot, walking through the center, we reached Independence Square and the gates of the city, i.e. to the railway station. The hotel itself is ordinary, soap and shampoos were put in every day. We also checked in early at 11 a.m., instead of 14 p.m. The girls at the reception are friendly, they will tell you where the nearest sberbank exchanger is. We liked everything. I also wanted to add that grocery stores are also nearby: Rodny Kut, Kommunarka, Galerie Minsk shopping center, which has a supermarket and a cafe of Belarusian cuisine "Cornflowers", where we had a delicious breakfast and lunch.

A good place for the price. It is located in the center, next to a large shopping center with a supermarket and branded shops, close to the old town. The rooms are simply furnished and generally clean. There is a hair dryer, shower gel, soap. Good audibility, but it's not a problem for me.
A buffet breakfast is served. A large selection of dishes: cottage cheese, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts and cereals, eggs (boiled, scrambled eggs, omelet), meat, sausages, sausages, cheese, buns. And I haven't listed everything yet. The coffee in the vending machine is not bad.
There is a coffee shop on the ground floor.

Convenient location near the center and museums, there is a place to walk. The single room is large and comfortable enough, the bed is wide. However, there are no cleaning fans, rooms are not cleaned every day. There was only one cooler per floor, and by evening and in the morning there was no water in it. The breakfasts are standard, the dinners are excellent. But a cockroach, walking slowly across the dining room floor at one of the breakfasts, did not add to the appetite. Overall, the impression is average.

I liked the hotel. Very good location, close to the Nemiga metro station, nearby the historical Upper Town and the Victory Museum, the Gallery shopping center. Good breakfasts and decent rooms, though a little tired. I didn't like it: there are only 5 analog channels on TV, you can leave more soap and gel in the shower and disposable slippers would not hurt!

We really liked the hotel, yes, there are shortcomings, but these are small things.
We were checked in 3 hours earlier without any extra charges, the staff is very polite and helpful, the breakfasts are varied and hearty.
Super location and view from the window,stop at the exit, you can get to almost any point.
Near museums, cinema, shopping center,casino,cafe,metro.
The price tag is very humane, the rooms are warm and clean, the garbage was cleaned every day and hygiene products were added, free luggage storage.

Nice hotel, snow-white linen and towels, friendly staff. We had 2 double rooms, and we didn't get a family room for the New Year holidays, but everything was fine. The neighbors from the corner rooms said it was cold, everything was fine in the middle of the floor! The location is also convenient: you'll go to the Museum of the History of the Second World War to the left, and you'll go to the Nemiga metro station to the right, very convenient, no more than 10 minutes. The breakfast is a buffet, although there is only one porridge, but you can choose a name from the rest. There's a long queue at 7 a.m. sharp, and we liked coming later.

Well, what can be said about this hotel - it is a pure legacy of the USSR. Of course, everything is very modest in the rooms, in the restaurant, in the lobby. The hotel has long needed repairs, replacement of plumbing, furniture. But at the same time it is very clean, very good snow-white towels, good snow-white pastel linen. Of the cons: there is a casino in the hotel, they smoke there and all this smell permeates the entire hotel, it smells disgusting on all floors. There are coolers on all floors, but there are no disposable cups. Don't wait for tea stations in the rooms or at least a bottle of water. There is none of this. A buffet breakfast is provided. Delicious cheeses and sausages, amazing jam from the car, cherries. You won't stay hungry. There are cottage cheese, omelet, scrambled eggs, potatoes, spaghetti, meatballs, chicken, pancakes, cheesecakes, sausage salads, fresh vegetables and fruits, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, yoghurts, juices, cookies. That is, everyone will find something. Of course, you can stay for a couple of days, but to be honest, next time I will look for another hotel.

I stayed in a single room. Cozy, clean. All sockets are working. The room was warm. Towels were changed every other day, and toiletries (soap and shampoo) too. There was a hair dryer, but it was blowing weakly. On the floor, the hot water in the cooler was not hot, but rather warm. When I checked in, I found that the water in the washbasin was running poorly, it was standing and draining weakly into the pipes. I told the receptionist about it, and while I went outside to a cafe to eat, the problem was solved. Overall, it's not bad, I was satisfied.

On the 3rd floor, in front of some windows, the roof of the restaurant spoils the view. The room was a little cramped. The furniture is old, but clean. The breakfasts are very good, buffet, varied food, for every taste. There are vegetables, fruits, salads, pastries, tea, coffee, lots of juices, for lovers there is porridge and various seasonings. Great location! Free parking. The rooms on the 13th floor are renovated, it's better to stay in them. The breakfasts are weak, and the hot meat dishes taste a little dry. The music doesn't play randomly, either Soviet-era music or modern music. It would be better to style it for a Belarusian restaurant and the appropriate music. But there are nuances. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, only one large refrigerator on the floor with free access.The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The twin rooms have small beds, I personally came across a sagging mattress. (changed when contacting the reception) breakfasts leave much to be desired. The breakfast schedule is 7-10. If you come by 9, a lot of things are already ending, they are reluctant to update.
The cost per room in the season (August) with breakfast is 170 Belarusian rubles per day.

Nice hotel, the room is very clean. The interior of the hotel is not the most modern, but there is something special and cozy about it. The hotel is within walking distance from all the sights of Minsk. Friendly and helpful staff, ranging from reception, maids and ending with security. There is a free luggage storage on the day of arrival and departure. 3 elevators.
We had a double room on the 13th floor, renovated, much nicer than the photos of the rooms posted on the hotel's website, stylish, clean, with snow-white linen, comfortable mattress. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom, a little cramped, but a person of average build will be able to take water treatments.
The hotel has buffet breakfasts from 7 to 10 o'clock, they can be paid upon check-in or paid on the spot. A wide selection of dishes, everything is delicious. There are several types of coffee from the coffee machine, tea, juice and water. The cost in September 2024 was 27 rubles, expensive, but convenient and plentiful))
The hotel has exceeded expectations, the price-quality ratio is optimal.
One of the small disadvantages is the lack of cutlery in the room, at least teaspoons. And the pillows are too high, but that's subjective.

A bathrobe and slippers are just not there.
Breakfast is a buffet. The big inconvenience is that there are no trays where you can put everything you want to eat. This is a time saver for hotel guests. The tables are solid, for six people, can not be moved. Another inconvenience is the steps between the distribution area and the landing area.
This is a good option for city guests. All attractions are within walking distance.

There were problems when checking in: somewhere a set of towels was missing, somewhere the toilet room was not cleaned. But the administration reacted quickly and fixed the problems. There was only one refrigerator on the floor, it stands in the hallway, as well as a cooler with hot and cold water. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is also a TV. The hotel is just wonderful! Convenient location (within walking distance of all attractions, shops, bus stop in front of the hotel) 7 minutes walk to Nemiga.
The hotel is large, very clean, has its own parking under a barrier, its own restaurant and even a casino). The rooms are clean, with air conditioning, but without a refrigerator (we didn't have two local ones).
If we find ourselves in Minsk again, then only here.

I stay at this hotel regularly. Excellent location, in the very center, good breakfasts. The rooms are a bit "tired", the furniture could be updated. The refrigerator is shared on the floor (there is no room), but no one has ever appropriated my breakfasts from there.
From the point of view of "price - quality" Jubilee, in my opinion, is a very good option.

I stayed for 2 nights when I came to Minsk for work.
Pros: the location of the hotel (hypermarket, department store, shops and a company store from the Communal apartment, as well as a park, embankment, etc.), buffet breakfast, Single room is simple, there is enough of everything (bed, table, chair, TV, table and even sofa, bathroom stall, towels and soap), it's great that there is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor.
What was missing: cheap slippers, a terribly crackling air conditioner that turned on by itself twice! And a REFRIGERATOR in the room, at least a tiny one.
Bottom line: excellent for 1-3 days, more days in doubt.

We rested with my mother in this hotel for a week in June 2024.
In short:
Advantages: location in the city center, near the shopping center Gallery, metro, beautiful Park. The rooms are comfortable, but only for overnight stays
Cons: there is no kettle and refrigerator in the room. There is a refrigerator in the common corridor, but of course no one is responsible for the safety of your products. There is also a cooler in this corridor, but unfortunately it does not heat the water at all. I had to go out for breakfast every day, although we weren't going to save money. There is a hair dryer with a broken wire in the room, they did not dare to use it; well, at least there were towels and clean bed linen.
I think that the price is not justified for such rooms. Overall rating 3. If it is important for you only to spend the night in the city center, then you can consider this hotel.

I liked the hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, varied breakfast, buffet. The rooms are small. Several sets of snow-white towels are changed every day, two blankets were additionally in the room. There is a powerful hair dryer. Shampoo and soap are also available, but we used our own means. There is no refrigerator in the room, there is a common one on the floor.
The location of the hotel is convenient, a bus stop is two steps away, it takes 5 minutes to get to the railway station. The metro is also within walking distance. There is a shopping center and a supermarket near the hotel.

And now about the cons. The first disadvantage follows from its location - it is noisy, even with the windows closed. The second disadvantage is the loud sewer system. Maybe I was so lucky, but when someone above me used it, there was a lot of noise, even a rumble. At first it seemed that a pipe had burst somewhere and water was gushing from a height, then I got used to it.
And the third minus. I took a standard single room. For its price, I got used to the fact that the room has a kettle and a refrigerator, a couple of glasses and cups. There were no glasses here, only a couple of glasses, and when I asked if this was normal, the receptionist replied that yes. There is a refrigerator in the lobby of the floor, one for the entire floor. There is also a cooler with water, which he can heat. As if everything is there, but not that.
