Terrible staff, it is necessary to leave an advance payment of 12 thousand tenge for the minibar, there is no such thing anywhere, when they said that we would not use it, they said anyway (well, at least they took the certificate as collateral), when they left when checking the room, referring to a dirty blanket, allegedly there was fat or something else, they fined us 5 thousand (it seems they should to wash the bed linen), the feeling that they want to tear off more from you, the sockets in the room do not work normally near the bed, the phone cannot be charged there
There were also in the room where there is no handle in the toilet, just a hole. The receptionist was also afraid that I would run away and did not give me my ID until the number was checked, I felt like a thief, a con artist and I don't know who else (

The hotel corresponds to its price level both in service and in the interior.
There is parking, there were no problems with places.
The breakfast included in the price is quite varied, everything is delicious, the restaurant staff is loyal, I was late once, but I was fed.
Room cleaning was offered every day.
Air conditioning, TV, plumbing, everything is working properly. The linen is crisp, there are enough towels, slippers, a bathrobe, everything is there.
In general, I can recommend it.

And when you book from a booking, it turns out that even the standard is available twice as cheap as the suite! And they also ask you to cancel your reservation so that you don't pay the booking commission! They're lying themselves! And then they get arrogant and get dirty. The staff is not well-mannered: they can turn around and leave without explaining the reason, they can speak Kazakh, seeing that you are Russian. Not the level of a four-star hotel. It is surprising that upon check-in, the staff requires a certain amount as a deposit, in my case the deposit was 10,000 tenge. I have not seen such a practice in other countries. The rooms are passable, but there are disadvantages, for example, in my room the bathroom door was faulty. The staff is indifferent. The breakfast was more or less hearty, but there was no butter. The level of service does not correspond to four stars.

Allegedly, they do not see the reservation. They are forced to book the most expensive room. Supposedly the rest are busy. Buffet breakfast for 3. You can not take anything with you to the room. If you don't have time, pay. The leftovers of the buffet will be brought out. The sockets in the rooms are falling out. It's a little dirty. The Internet is terrible. It turns off at times. The rooms are dirty, one of the rooms had a used condom on the floor at check-in. The bed linen is stained with yellow spots, hair. The toilets are dirty. We reviewed 4 rooms, all in an unsanitary condition. Obviously, rooms are rented by the hour (for comfort). The administrator was not in place at 12:00 p.m. Don't waste any money or time.

The laundry is dirty, the toilet barely flushes, the sockets are all hanging out (also vertical - the charger from the macbook falls out), no one has ever cleaned the bed, the reception sleeps at night and does not answer the calls (although I warned that I would arrive at 4-5 a.m.). Also, a deposit of 10 thousand tenge is charged for a very meager minibar.

Probably a very good hotel by local standards. Spacious room, relatively new furniture, clean and comfortable bed, new plumbing, 24-hour restaurant. The quality of the cleaning suffers. I found an earring on the floor, most likely the previous guest. It's strange that the maid didn't notice her. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, there was no cleaning, towels were not changed, garbage was not taken out. One window does not close, there are no thick curtains on the windows, in the bathroom in the shower with the door closed, there is a palm-wide gap through which water pours onto the floor, there are traces of leaks on the ceiling. Somehow everything is not thought out, not finalized and not well maintained.
