A cozy hotel, very convenient location, near the metro station, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia and other attractions.Friendly, attentive staff.Excellent rich breakfast, daily room cleaning.The bathrooms have shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.We were also congratulated on our wedding anniversary: with fresh fruits, and for my husband's sake - with a piece of cake with a candle during breakfast.By the way , live music in the restaurant in the morning creates a good mood 🥰

The location is not bad, but there are a lot of hotels in this quarter that can compete with this hotel. The area in which this hotel is located is simply crowded with various hotels of different levels. One of the advantages: the metro is nearby, a good coffee shop is 50m away, there is a solid bazaar in the circle where you can shop. An area with a good exchange rate. One of the disadvantages of the location: there are no grocery stores.
The rooms are cleaned regularly, but the bed linen and the interior of the rooms have a rather tired look, it would not hurt to make repairs and replace the furniture. Hygiene supplies were all there, except for a toothbrush and shaving kit, but everything was provided upon request. They even provided umbrellas.
The food is for an amateur, the food is mediocre. Beautiful view of the city, pleasant live music (piano in the morning, it's great), but not every day.

I liked the location, the friendly reception and cleaning staff the most. It was clean, there were welcome bottles of water and fruits in the room. The breakfasts are generally mediocre, I can't say that I really liked them, some were tolerable, some were bad.
The sauna is not bad, but it's not a plus or a minus, my fitness room has a similar regular sauna, so it's not impressive, it's not interesting.
1. Terrible wi-fi connection in the room
2. Hard large pillows on which it is impossible to sleep. Although on the second night they brought one normal soft one.
3. Loud karaoke music (even with the window closed) somewhere from 23 to 2 a.m. every night that we were there (from Friday to Monday).
4. I wrote about breakfast that it was OK in general, but sometimes I came across products that tasted disgusting, for example, Brussels sprouts.
5. The pool is closed and very small: to stand still and do two strokes - yes, but there is no point in it. When we entered the locker room, there was a local employee in it, who was clearly unhappy with our appearance. She clucked furiously several times, grabbed her things and ran away, slamming the locker door. What was that?) I understand that the locker room is small and designed for only 2 people, but why this behavior.
6. At the end of our stay, an employee of the hotel, who is standing in the breakfast room, asked us to open the booking application in front of her and asked us to put 10, even she almost poked at the number 10 on my phone screen. Although it is far from 10. How to navigate when choosing a hotel if the reviews are wound up in this way?

This hotel has only two advantages, it's its location and the work of the maids, that's where the advantages end! Upon arrival, they settled into a tiny single room, there was nowhere to put their suitcases, the reception immediately said that there were no other rooms, since they were tired of arguing expensive, the next day they offered to change for an additional fee, as a result, they still gave us the room that we had originally booked. The room stock is very tired and needs updating. The restaurant has a very poor and monotonous selection and all the food is cold!!! The tables are dirty and sticky, the staff just sweeps away the crumbs with a dustpan... just incredible disrespect for the guests! The linen is all so old, some towels are just torn, but at least they're clean. I do not recommend the hotel!!!

The cozy hotel is conveniently located near the historical center. There is a metro station nearby. On the next street there is an inexpensive cafe with delicious local food and a view of the Shehzade Mosque. There are a large number of street restaurants nearby. In the morning, a great varied breakfast buffet. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. Friendly staff.

In general, the hotel is good, very conveniently located, the main metro is nearby and all the sights, the room is small but very clean, cleaning and linen change every day, the walls are thin, everything is audible, especially the crying of children... The breakfast is not varied, but there is something to eat, but I would like more national dishes. I'm lowering the star for the vaunted pianist at breakfast... It is very tiring with its chirping, it's just a shame for people to play this, I just wanted to have breakfast in silence or to quiet Turkish music... If you consider that there are a lot of newborn screaming children at breakfast, it was very nervous

A great hotel to stay in. The breakfasts are excellent. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. The staff is wonderful. We had a rest in April of the 24th year. I recommend. The rooms are different... tiny, medium, large... The pool is small but clean. In the evening, you can have a great time at the rooftop bar.

Registration was quick, they settled us in a terribly smelling room, the air conditioner does not work,opening the window did not help get rid of the smell, when asked to move us to another room, we were told that at the moment there is no free room, only the next day, and then we were simply ignored, the bathroom floor should be warm in this case after a couple of days it became cold, the towels did not dry, when they came to the pool on the first day the water was as said 30 degrees, but after a couple of days the water was just icy, it was not even possible to enter it, the hammam is paid, and all spa treatments, spa and hammam for one person costs 6000 rubles for 1.5 hours.There are no complaints about breakfast.To get into the room, you can stand for 10 minutes, since the key sometimes does not work, and you have to go to the reception so that you can reprogram it, in general, not a hotel, but a single room

A very modest breakfast, but with a beautiful view. The room is good, but the sound of water draining is constantly heard. The room cleaning is bad, they can throw away what you wanted to keep for yourself (wine corks, beautiful gift bags). They move things around. Karaoke can be heard in the hotel until nightfall. The location is a big plus, it does not pull at all for 4 stars
