The location is convenient, which is a plus. It's a bit noisy due to the large number of visitors.
The coffee was good, but not outstanding. I ordered a latte, and it was made correctly, with a good foam, but the taste was not particularly memorable. The dessert range seemed pretty standard for a coffee shop of this type.
The service was courteous, but a little slow, perhaps due to the large flow of customers. Overall, HOTFIX is a good place to have a quick coffee, but I wouldn't go there specifically for a special coffee experience. Prices are average in the city.

It seems like there were 3 people working in MOMO's hotfike, but I still didn't understand what they were doing. I put things in order for 20 minutes where the lids with sugar lie and took pictures all the time. At the same time, only 1 person went for sugar in half an hour. The girl who was standing right behind the cash register disappeared somewhere. As a result, there was one guy who was making coffee, washing dishes, and just fussing. The girl in front of me ordered tea, for 3.8 rubles. She gave me a bill, there was no change, they were looking for change for another 10 minutes. But if you have all the prices at 2.80 and 3.80, you should have a bag of coins at 1.2 rubles and 20 kopecks all the time. Another issue is maintenance. No matter how many donates I buy there, they never say hello, and this is in the service sector. The girl who worked this afternoon - no offense, you are not a "fountain" anyway, but your sour appearance makes the milk that you add to cappuccino and latte sour. A smile will add 100 points to you. It's the same with the guys. In general, if the owner of the point reads the review, have a conversation with the staff, because this situation is constantly repeated with queues, and with efficiency in work, and with the friendliness of the staff.

This is the first time I've heard that milkshake is made with hot milk. Even if this is the case, you can ask what you need to do. Giving change in 1 ruble also causes problems. Firstly, non-compliance with sanitary norms. Employees with long hair are always only with tails, although they should be with braids or buns; there is no separation of rags by color; cross-contamination; pitchers are not washed at all, although they should be washed after each preparation; long-spilled milk is not wiped on the counter; old dirt is on the trash for used coffee; a sponge for dishes, also the old one.
There are a lot of crumbs in the window. Price tags are not obvious, if you come for the first time, it is very difficult to understand that the price applies to all products. Plus, the price tags do not change and are not removed with a rearrangement on the showcase. There are price tags for products that do not exist and products are not under their own price tags.
Communication with guests is kept to a minimum, very rarely are the staff really friendly. Today, the girl came to the checkout to take my order and said with displeasure: "Next," no greeting, nothing. Checks are not issued on principle. Everywhere. This is at least a violation of the law. The employees do not make it clear that the order has been accepted and you can go to the pick-up area to wait for the order. They work reluctantly, slowly.
As for coffee, the drinks do not meet the standards. I ordered a cappuccino today, I didn't get what. The milk is whipped in an overly large pitcher relative to the glass, the foam is all left there. The norm for cappuccino is up to 60% milk foam, there would even be 10% gained with great difficulty. As a result, we get the wrong cappuccino, the wrong latte, neither of which claims to be of good quality. Syrup is added either too much or too little. Today, there was so much syrup that it was absolutely impossible to taste the coffee itself. Last time, the syrup didn't feel at all.
We also add that the declared volumes do not correspond to the actual ones, but 50 milliliters less. And there is absolutely nothing to say about a cold 0.2 glass, which is barely empty for this volume, and if you add ice to it, then there will be nothing to drink.
