It is a good business center of a modern format, but it is not without a number of significant drawbacks:
1. Lack of sufficient parking spaces;
2. Extremely poor interior layout (on the ground floor there are huge corridors in which you can almost play football);
3. In rooms where there are no windows, there is no ventilation, and therefore, in winter it is terribly stuffy. Natural ventilation does not help.
4. Public transport does not go directly along Baizakov, and therefore, you have to walk for 15 minutes from Timiryazev or Abai.
