The staff on the day when I decided to stop by at the end of the working day to get the certificate was far from friendly, especially the person at the checkout. It wasn't very purple considering it was the end of the day on Valentine's Day. I hope it was a combination of circumstances, but it was not a pleasant aftertaste considering that it is not the first year that I have been buying goods in this chain of stores.
