The hotel is very pleasant in all respects. We liked everything, the attitude of the staff, the interior, the convenience of the room, the breakfasts, the location. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help, the atmosphere is almost homely, beautiful, cozy, delicious, fresh breakfasts. The rooms were cleaned, water and toiletries were replenished regularly. The location is good, there is everything you need around, cafes, shops, a bank. Yandex taxi works well, it will take you where you need to quickly and inexpensively. Thanks again to the staff for their hospitality, I recommend this hotel for your stay.

A quiet, peaceful place, excellent friendly staff, all requests were fulfilled. The rooms are not battered, the plumbing is fine. There are all accessories in the room. A great cozy hotel with nice bright rooms, clean, tidy, good breakfasts, and most importantly - very friendly and helpful staff! We took things into storage and helped us in every possible way and advised us
In addition, the US embassy is nearby, where we were approved for a visa!
It's a pity that UNION PAY and MIR cards are not accepted, I had to pay with a belcard

The place is perfect if you plan to visit the embassy.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the embassy.
At the hotel, they change the currency at a more or less adequate rate (I met the best rate only at the airport, even at the bank it was worse, not to mention the predatory exchangers).
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try the breakfasts.
I liked the high ceilings in the rooms. The rooms themselves are quite spacious and clean. The repair is not euro, but the whole thing is not shabby.
I didn't like the mattress, both sides were very hard

The only plus is a 10-minute leisurely walk to the U.S. Consulate. The doors to the bathroom and the entrance are the same , or rather the interior , the feeling that you are sleeping in the hallway , someone is constantly making noise and talking . The bed was clean , but tired and when it was white , she slept dressed , because it was squeamish to go to bed in her underwear. The room is dark , the view from the window is on the roof. The mattress is made of stone , the pillows are wooden , I had to go to bed without them , but still my neck jammed from the inconvenience . Breakfasts are sad , you can stay hungry if you are picky about food . I ordered food to the room via Yandex delivery , while I was paying in the corridor , a hotel employee was walking down the corridor and for some reason opened the room with his card , and there were people there , said " sorry " and closed it and did not even knock . I won't stay there anymore.

If you are going to visit the US Embassy to get a visa, this is an ideal option. Check in for 1 night, go to an interview in the morning and immediately move to another hotel. Or be prepared for the fact that no one will take out the garbage without a kick, cleaning will not even be done with a kick. The windows overlook the road- it's noisy. The breakfasts are normal. The staff is friendly. They smile and do nothing. But a fertilized visa will soften the impression. Good luck to everyone in this process!

On the plus side, 5 minutes to the consulate. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
Of the cons, the outskirts of the city, to the center by taxi 25-30 minutes. The rooms are small. But most importantly, very hard pillows. It is not comfortable to sleep. The room has never been cleaned in 4 days.
The ideal option is to fly in, spend the night before the interview and then it is better to move to another hotel.

For the first time in Tashkent . It took a long time to choose a hotel from Russia where you can stay. We chose the Huzur hotel and did not regret it.
The prices for staying at the hotel are reasonable.

A chic hotel, clean, quiet, civilized. Polite, friendly staff (like all residents of Tashkent). For this price, even a little more expensive, we rented a hostel in Moscow with a shared toilet, kitchen, filled the pastel ourselves, without conditions in general. And here a hearty breakfast is included and the shower, toilet are all in the room. Even slippers and toiletries are all there. You don't have to take it with you. Refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, everything you need is provided. I really liked it, the area is quiet. There is a shop, coffee shops, pharmacies nearby. It's not far from the center.

Great hotel! Brand new (2020), everything is clean and tidy, friendly staff. The rooms are bright, the furniture and plumbing are of high quality. The room rate includes breakfast - not very varied, but it will give you a little break from the flavor of national cuisine. Near the hotel there is everything you need - a bank, pharmacies, grocery stores and cafes.

A very pleasant hotel. We spent the night here with a group from March 18 to March 20, 2023.
The rooms are fresh, clean, and spacious.
On the plus side: the room has a large closet (although there are only 4 hangers for two for such a huge closet - very few), there is a hair dryer, enough sockets, and disposable slippers.
A delicious European buffet is served for breakfast.
Of the cons: as I already wrote, there are few hangers, a stiff bed and a pillow (but this is subjective).

If you are coming to get a visa to the United States, then this hotel is just a godsend. The U.S. Embassy in Tashkent is within walking distance (8 minutes on foot).
The hotel has the possibility of early check-in. Then you can extend your stay as needed. The staff's work is just great. Well done.
The breakfasts are average.
The tired numbers and excessive audibility were a little annoying, but not critical. In any case, I'll give you five and recommend the hotel, since in my case it coped with its task perfectly.
