A wonderful hotel with excellent accessibility. You can walk to the city center on foot or take a cheap taxi. On the territory of the world class hotel. Residents have free access to the fitness club. We used the outdoor pool. The restaurant was being renovated, so breakfast was held in the lobby, where the seats were about half as small as necessary.

I'm thrilled! Hayat is Hayat! The service is impeccable. The beds and pillows are comfortable. On-site fitness WorldClass, excellent spa and breakfasts in the fitness cafe are super.
And here are the dishes of the room service hotel restaurant for three. This price does not match the portion size and, most importantly, the quality.

We were at the end of May. We stayed with a large family on the top floor, took 2 rooms next to each other. The building is modern, the ceilings are high. The last 2 floors are club floors, and dinner is served on the penultimate floor from 19 to 21. Buffet. The assortment is limited, but there are 2 types of hot dishes, snacks, salads, desserts, drinks, delicious, there is alcohol. You can have dinner at the hotel for free and it's fun.
The hotel is not on tour. The area, but the taxi is cheap, it takes 10 minutes to go.
Taxi Yango and the local Volt or something. We used Yango
A chic fitness center with a swimming pool and baths is free for guests. The sea was cold and the indoor pool was saved)) there was also an open one, but there is no heating, they did not let it in, then they leaked it out of sin))
Breakfast is great for both getting fat and losing weight (it's hard to keep up, of course)
For breakfast, the restaurant was full from 9-15 to 9-45. But the queue is 10-15 minutes long
The staff is friendly, well trained
In short, I recommend it for all types of trips

Nice comfortable hotel. We took a room with breakfast. Everything is fine. There is a fitness room and a spa area. There is a small garden with a veranda between the buildings.

The reconstruction of the outdoor swimming pool is in full swing. It was a surprise when we checked in. The atmosphere, room service, courtesy and friendliness of the staff are excellent. Breakfast is not very varied. There was a bathroom in the room at check-in without washing accessories, but after the call everything was quickly brought. The room itself is spacious, but very ordinary. There was an old non-cooling refrigerator in the room. Overall, a pleasant impression, but the lack of a swimming pool, refrigerator - I remove the star.

The hotel is old and well-deserved. Once it was super-modern and very convenient, but now it is clearly waiting for an update. The rooms are comfortable enough, but the plumbing and other equipment should be updated. Probably, it is necessary to update the fund of towels - offering guests towels with a ragged edge somehow does not meet the standards of Hyatt. Some of the USB sockets in the room do not work. A rather boring breakfast, but nice pastries and a good selection of fruits. Good location.
I hope the hotel will be renovated sometime in the future.

I haven't been to the hotel for 2 years, it deteriorated beyond recognition ... I had to ask for a bathrobe and slippers. There were no bath accessories... dinner delivery to the room for an additional fee. Disappointment …

The hotel is not 5 stars, a good 4.
Of the cons: in rooms with balconies facing the street - terrible noise!!! At night, you just can't sleep, all because of poor glazing.
But, special thanks to the staff, polite and very helpful to the guests.
