We lived there for 10 days, excellent location, very convenient for beach lovers, but you will have to drive at least 30 minutes to the main traffic and restiks. I liked the architecture, but inside we were a little disappointed. Firstly, the floors are dirty and shabby. The apartments themselves are very dirty, the owners don't care at all, the toilets are constantly clogged and a bunch of other headaches. Maybe we were just unlucky, but keep in mind.
