We rented a house with a sauna, a swimming pool and billiards. The administrator did not name any rules or prohibitions. After we vacated the room, the receptionist issued us a fine for the fact that the billiard table was wet and needed cleaning. There were no signs that you can't go into billiards wet. Apparently, the owners earn money from fines.
