At 17.30, as a result, having arrived in 10 minutes, they sat there until 19.30, the employees explained such a long wait by the fact that they had a kind of promotion and a lot of customers. As a result, we were released from there when the car dealership itself was already closed at about 20.00. We were with my husband and 5-month-old daughter - there is no changing table in the car dealership, much less the room of the child's mother. I had to change diapers and shine a baby booty on the 2nd floor opposite an innocent man on the couch. As a result, at 20.00 we received a piece of paper on which there were no prices for services or spare parts (they were not on the list at all). The prices for the services had to be entered themselves under the dictation of the manager. The prices for spare parts were announced only the next day by phone , in the body of an email message. That is, they have no idea about the concept of calculation here. The dubious office did not apply further for services. Because most likely the car would have been made for the new year.

We bought a car. The sales manager got a good one. But then the salon workers took the car we had already paid for to drive it to the service to install protection under the engine (it should have already been standing, they just forgot about it, but that's okay). The car was in perfect condition. After the car was returned to us, there was a large enough noticeable scratch on the hood, at least not deep. Contacting the service staff, we received the answer from them: "this does not affect the speed, you will arrive in a couple of days, we will polish it." Seriously? Is this the answer of the professionals? We have not received any apologies. And why should we go to 160km service on another day for someone's joint, spending time and money on fuel? Until they began to demand a complaint book, no one offered an alternative option, and in every possible way they avoided the topic in order not to give a complaint book. Until they were firmly told that the complaint would be written against all those involved, and especially against the boorish acceptance master (sort of), they stirred and immediately an option arose from somewhere to polish the scratch within an hour. We spent almost 7 hours in the salon because of all the service problems. Very disappointed with the salon

When they came up and asked the administrator for help and advice, we were allocated a sales specialist, who, seeing a printout of the complete sets of the selected car in my hands, said that everything was written there, and that I should read for myself what was in the car of a particular configuration. This is instead of an offer to sit in the car and watch everything live (the right car was just in the cabin). After being asked to tell us about the necessary extras, the sales specialist simply printed out a new table and again offered to read it on his own. Then he showed me what an armored film is and ... went about his business. It's a pity that the salon where I bought a car in 2015 turned into I don't understand what.
