The hotel was good, but do not count on many 5 stars, beautiful territory, well maintained, I liked it. The bars open at seven o'clock. About the room, I came to sleep, I got sick the first two days of the lock, there was a card, it did not open at first, I went to the reception several times, duplicates were divided in the end, I got five pieces. Then it didn't close, then I was outraged, they sent a master with a pair of scissors and a screwdriver, after that there were no problems. Good animation, dancing is good there, I was taught. We spent time in the central lobby, in Bessein, but most of all on the beach, I have night discos. Tips, take only a dollar with you, do not buy pesos. on the beach, buy cigarettes only as a gift, it's better for yourself in the store. Do not take Alyonka's chocolates, they are tired of them, go to the express and buy small things.

Unfortunately, Cuba has changed in the last 5 years. The high cost of excursions, services, souvenirs and clothes, as well as the poor choice of food, raise doubts whether it is worth coming here again. This hotel claims the fifth star level, but in fact deserves only two stars: old furniture in the rooms, noisy air conditioners, old or non-working appliances (refrigerator, safe, iron), mold in the shower on the tile and curtain, clogged sinks (poor drainage), weak water pressure, there are no basic personal or personal items general hygiene (razor, toothpaste and brush, toilet brush, cotton swabs), soap, shampoo and shower gel are of poor quality, bed linen does not change for the entire stay (only refueled), towels are replaced once every 2 days, insufficient lighting… Most of the rooms are under renovation or conservation. But the bars generously offer a variety of drinks for every taste! The staff is not always friendly, avoids communicating with guests, and tends to impose a fine for the slightest offense. The only thing that remains unchanged here is the sea, nature and amazing Cuban hospitality (a variety of evening animation)! In the evenings, however, mosquitoes can annoy… In general, a vacation in Cuba is a paradise, there is everything that even the most demanding travelers need. The decision is yours!
