We have been staying at the hotel since 01/23/2025. There are complaints about food and service! The food is disgusting from the word "absolutely"!!! We were prepared that this was Cuba and we wouldn't have to wait for food chic here, but they surpassed us here too! Not only is the food completely monotonous, but there's actually no choice. which is just disgusting quality!!! The chef's meat dishes are brought out to the hall, but no one is going to give them to you! And the fact that there is a meat-like roast even without oil, burning for the whole dining room, eating this sole is still a pleasure! The only side dishes are pasta and rice!!! On day 7, the cheese and fruit disappeared. For breakfast, only scrambled eggs and lots of cabbage salads. No bread, no pastries!!! Waiters only see Canadians!!! I do not recommend visiting this hotel!!! For the entire period of our stay, on the 8th day, 1 jar of beer was brought to the bar in the room, there is no question of juices, they bring only one 1.5 bottle of water per day. There is toilet paper in the restrooms on a case-by-case basis! In general, not rest, but survival!

Well-maintained rooms combined with the lack of hot water in half of the rooms. A friendly, beautifully dressed servant in a poor country where food and medicine are on coupons. Shortly.. Don't wait for tomatoes! Fruits - guava, orange, grapefruit, melon, banana. Someone in another hotel was given papaya several times.

The midges are more important than you here!!! THIS IS A TIN!! It is small and very biting, our funds do not help, take the most vigorous ones for a hike in the wild taiga!!! And they'll eat you anyway!!! But here in the hotel there is a remedy for them - 5 euros a small jar. WiFi is free! The ocean bar is free. Animation for adults and for children. The beach guard helps with sun beds, does not require extra tea. Everyone is very responsive and kind. This is the most disgusting hotel in all my trips to other countries. There is no hot water in the rooms AT ALL TIMES, sometimes all the water is turned off. The rooms are not the first freshness, bed linen and towels are given with stains, when you ask to change them, they give exactly the same with stains. The air conditioner is broken. The restaurant has a very small selection of food! Sometimes there is not enough bread, although the occupancy rate of the hotel is low. The pools are dirty. But the most disgusting thing is the sluggish staff, and even worse, a tablet worth about 90 thousand was stolen from us when we were swimming. Stolen in the afternoon, the staff does not want to call the police, we have already raised everyone who is here, ending with our tour agency in Russia. There is a showdown going on now, and what is most wonderful, there are no cameras on the hotel grounds🙂 We assume that it was the workers of this hotel who stole from us.

It's a disgusting place! If you want to ruin your vacation, then, as they say, welcome! Let's start with the room: the entire room stock is tired. The hotel was built and has not been renovated since the time of Tsar pea. The doors to the room are wooden, painted with 30 layers of water-soluble paint, askew from old age, to enter the room, you need to kick the doors heartily, otherwise you will remain at the threshold. The door is not adjacent to the floor and forms a 5mm gap, into which armies of ants are bursting. There is mold on the curtains (not only in the shower, but also in the living room). The hair dryer does not work, as well as the refrigerator and safe, futile attempts to adjust something from the list using the means of the technician on departure were unsuccessful. The sockets are all bare, blue sparks fly when you try to turn something on. The air conditioner is not cold. The room is stuffy, it's pointless to ventilate. Also! It is worth noting that the hotel regularly crashes. There was no water for a day, no water at all, people who came from the salty ocean had nowhere to wash, public toilets were polluted, panic began. After 12 hours, the light was turned off 2 times, this is another plus to the disconnected water. It was getting uncomfortable. A day later, they gave water without apologizing to the hotel guests. The bed linen has not been changed once in a week, as if I live in a dorm. There is no hot water in the rooms, you will always wash with cold water throughout your stay. From food: boiled cabbage, boiled rice, rice with vegetables, one type of fish, fresh greens, terrible quality sausage, one type of meat!!!! It's going to be the whole vacation!!!!! People!!!! It's going to be the whole vacation!!! There is no variety and there won't be, and don't wait. Drinks: beer is tolerable (bottled), wine is disgusting, there is also rum. All cocktails are just a sweet dye with water and alcohol. They taste the same. The cleaners, the reception, and all the people here do not speak Russian, from the word "absolutely". Wi-Fi in the rooms? Nonsense! Here, even in the lobby, Wi-Fi is working while you are using it, distracted for a minute, the end of the lafe, entering turnouts and passwords manually every time, it is very annoying. There are flies in the canteens. Lots of flies!!! They sit everywhere, including on your plate. Cockroaches! Redheads! In the dining room. The deck chairs are exhausted. The dishes are not washed with soap, but they are rinsed a little, the dishes are dirty at the exit, with traces of other people's lips on the glass. And that's considering that Covid is still with us. There are no sanitizers. Why, there are no sanitizers, there is no soap in public toilets. There is no public transport from the hotel, only a taxi. You feel like a hostage to this Hell. A few days later, the canteen stopped working, no one explains what happened there, people were forced to eat outside like pigs. Animation is the only advantage of this hotel, perhaps, also the territory. But I am not a connoisseur of either, if the hotel were closer to civilization, there would be no need for either the first or the second. There is no animation for children. Upon arrival at 6 a.m. local time, the child and I were checked in only at 17 o'clock, referring to the fact that our room is not ready yet. And that's how it is. As a guest, you have 20 free minutes of catamaran riding, but you will never get them, because there are 2 reasons (a red flag, if there is no flag, then they cannot find the key), as well as for any request, they will always find 2 reasons. The people are sluggish and spoiled, if you don't tip, no one will move at all for you. They will sit and say that it is impossible, impossible, does not work. In general, choose another hotel for your vacation, including in order not to eat bread alone for 2 weeks, otherwise you will starve to death. Because a Russian person likes to eat a lot and tasty, but here it is tasteless and the tables are empty.
