The hotel is not for Russian tourists. Dirty, the smell of sewage in the restaurant. Mold in the bathroom, linen and towels are not changed. Terrible hotel. If you want to spoil the impression of Cuba. Then here you are. The bed linen has not been changed for 10 days. Towels once. The hotel is aimed at eternally drunk Canadians. There is no rest at all. They scream and drink around the clock. The food is disgusting, monotonous. There is no seafood at all if you live below the 11th floor and you do not have a white bracelet. This is a separate category. Very, very disappointed with the hotel. We chose a chain hotel, we thought they would keep the brand and name. But alas... I don't recommend it. The location is good, the rooms are too. The hotel is below average. We went in three, arrived, and were given a room with two beds. We went to the reception to sort it out, gave another room with one large bed, swore again, and eventually gave a broken room with a folding sofa. (Broken:shower holder, shampoo holder, bathroom door, shower door + window between beds and shower, WHY) The beach is not bad, the sea is clean and transparent. There is not much food, mostly there is nothing to eat. The snack bar is modest, there is nothing either. Ala kart (I repeat, the staff is not Russian) somehow ordered, brought a fist-sized meal. The only thing that pleases is the bar with drinks. In general, all the functions of the 5 stars are there, but the hotel itself is not. I don't recommend it.

About the bar, the bartender and the waiters are just great, they bring everything promptly, and if you give,, cook,, they will generally fly, beautiful cocktails interfere, I want to photograph them, they work until the last visitor and do not pretend that they do not like something, they are always satisfied! In short, I recommend it. Ps if you eat, take thermo mugs with you so that you don't have to run to pour on the beach :) because they pour something only into a plastic cup, and while you're carrying it, you'll spill half of it. There is an ironing board and an iron in the room. Two umbrellas. They give out shampoo, body gel, body lotion cream. A shoe sponge, soap, sewing kit. The pillows on the beds are narrow but long. The entire width of the bed. You can take the usual 70*70. They're in the closet. Ready to use in pillowcases. There is no duvet cover, because instead there is a large sheet on the blanket. The hotel staff is friendly, not intrusive. They don't ask for tips, but if you do, we're very happy. We were immediately warned by the guide on the bus that it is customary to tip, because salaries in Cuba are very low. The food is excellent. Fish and meat every day. Vegetables and fruits. Guava, watermelon, melon, pineapple. Cheeses and sausages. Everything is delicious. Shrimp and mussels. The first line hotel. The beach is great. Umbrellas with a roof made of palm branches. The sun beds are plastic. Take it yourself from the stack and put it wherever you want. It is free for 30 minutes. take a catamaran, a boat. The blue beach towels are already in the room. They can be changed around the pool. There are three restaurants that can be visited by appointment. Italian, Cuban and Japanese. We only made it to the 1st. I really liked it. Everything is delicious. There was no menu in Russian. The hotel staff speaks only Spanish or English. The bartenders in the bars make all the cocktails perfectly. Rum in the bar - Havana club. The nearest shopping center is a 20-minute walk away. This is the American Plaza shopping center. Everything in it is 1-5 cook cheaper than in the Hikagos shopping center and than in Dudifri. I really liked everything. I will go to this wonderful place again. For those who are looking for dirt and negativity, they can definitely be found: Lena Letuchaya's white gloves will not remain pure white if you swipe on the floor. You will find a small amount of dust and hair. The water to the tap of one temperature is max 50 degrees. It often happens that you need to drain it. Install a faucet on a less intense stream of water - then it will be 50 degrees. In other cases - 30 degrees. There is no extractor hood in the bathroom (it probably wouldn't help ...). There is no toilet brush. The paint on the furniture downstairs is already fading in some places due to humidity and cleaning. Addition : The Internet is paid - 1 hour = 1 cookie. It is profitable to change euros into pieces at exchange offices outside the hotel. For example, the exchange rate at the American Plaza exchange office is 1.09. The exchange rate is 1.01 at the exchange point. The weather is excellent at this time. There was a light breeze and there was no heat. 28-30 days. 22 in the evening. The sea is 23-25. Great vacation!

On the first day of our settlement, it felt like we were in a sanatorium, because the contingent consisted of Canadian and American pensioners, less often European. Check-in is at 4 p.m. local time, and we arrived at 8 a.m.-we had to spend all this time on the beach and in the lobby. The food in the restaurant is varied, but on day 4-5 it gets boring. Expectations were not fulfilled by the abundance of seafood and fruits (several times there were rubber shrimps, and sea bass fish. According to the fruits, pineapples, papaya and guava are all tasteless). Sweets and desserts are weak - everything is of the same type, and waffles and cupcakes and cakes are all made from the same dough. We took chocolate with us and did not regret it) all Russians go with Alyona, which is no surprise to anyone. You can sign up for restaurants on the territory, we went to Japanese and Italian-I'll say right away-everything is the same as in the general restaurant, just in Japanese serving in the form of a show and the cook entertains a little while cooking-for a change, you can go once, there and the recording is constant until 12 o'clock you need to sign up the next day. There were very few entertainment programs, during the day by the pool, under the scorching sun, and in the evening there was a performance at the theater. In general, it did not work out to dance, because the music is up to 23 o'clock. Everyone is hanging out in the lobby by the bar. Rum is delicious, especially if they make a pinocolade from a bottle with cola, they don't really know how to do the rest. Beer is like water. Bartenders are constantly given "tea" for any drinks, they are already spoiled by this. And in general, on all excursions, even when they brought "begging" for tea to the bus driver to the airport. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the towels and linen are all stained and old, which is quite unpleasant. The room has a cold tiled floor-we walked in beach slates (I advise you to take home slippers). Cotton swabs, (a shower cap for the 3rd day was given by the cleaner) and similar cosmetic things should be taken with you (a 5-star hotel does not pull) we only replenished shampoo, gel and body lotion, as well as the bar. Of the pleasant ones, this is the Atlantic ocean and a sandy beach. Here you can swim, lie on the waves, feed the fish near the shore, the water is clean, transparent, after 100 meters from the shore the azure begins-the view is gorgeous. The shore is cleaned of algae every morning, of which there are few. Pelicans fly, even next to a person they can plop into the sea. For beach towels, you have to be vigilant-they are constantly being stolen, and you will have to pay 10 euros. A very kind and friendly girl is sitting at the towel exchange-she constantly gave various gifts and trinkets when she saw us. They occupy the deck chairs almost at 5 in the morning. The elevators don't work all the time, and we lived on the 7th floor. In general, the 5-star hotel does not pull! Moreover, it is boring for young people there.
