We took a room in a bungalow, according to reviews they were updated not so long ago, if it was "updated", then I wonder how they looked before that. The service, it just doesn't exist. Room cleaning is reduced to making the bed with a dirty sheet, towels look dirty and worn to holes. The bartenders, waiting for a tip, will serve the Canadians ahead, even if you are the first in line, they will pretend that you are not here, but kind of like AI. The food in the restaurant is the same every day and there is not much to choose from. There is no smell of 4 stars here, for the same money it is better to visit the Dominican Republic, the service is higher, there is more variety of food and fruits.

A good beach (but this is more a credit to the whole peninsula than to Iberostar). They settled in quickly. Of the cons: 1 - disgusting service in general. Cleaning is always random. They may not even take out the trash, towels have been changed a couple of times in 10 days. Even a cockroach was seen in the room once. When leaving at 04:00, they did not even offer a sandwich for the road. 2 - 2 days before the end of the tour , they closed the dining room for repairs for 20 days . The dining room, Carl. In all inclusive, close the dining room... Of course, they placed tables on the territory of the hotel, but it was more like an arcade than a lunch. You need to run around the entire territory of the hotel to collect lunch. (okay, we have 2 days left, but many people have just arrived, and they have to eat like this all their vacation) 3 - The animation is disgusting. More precisely, it does not exist. On the beach, 2 guys take the ball to the volleyball net, then "saving drowning is the work of drowning themselves," entertain yourself. There are 4 free catamarans that are constantly busy. In the evening at 21:30, the performance begins at the theater in the best traditions of Russian weddings. A couple of drunken vacationers are taken, ridiculous contests, the rest should laugh at the sufferers. At 23:00, everything stops altogether, even the dreary programs. If I'm not mistaken, at 01:00 they stop even pouring. 4 - The pool is dirty. And if black Arabs come, you will also swim with chicken scraps and other leftovers. 5 - There are comrades on the beach who carry deck chairs. When he arrives in the morning, he will run to you at breakneck speed, move the chaise longue to the specified place, tap it twice with a dirty rag and wait for a cook from you. If you do not give it, you will feel like an enemy of the people. It's a similar story with the beach bar. On the very first day, the bartender began to offer 4 bottles of rum for 20 kook (the price is adequate, but I did not want to buy from him on principle, because I understand where this rum comes from). After that, you could only order beer from him, absolutely all cocktails he made were not tasty for evil and stopped even saying hello. You might think I'm being picky, but no. You will get a similar service in any cheap three for a much smaller amount. Since the hotel positions itself as a premium four, so be kind, at least change the towels and feed the vacationers. To say that they ruined my vacation is not. Will I ever go to Iberostar Tainos - no way. Most likely, I will never risk going to Iberostar in any other country again.
