I've been going to the gym for about a year now, lately the cables on the simulators have often been torn, not only are they changed every week, but they also put those that tear at half of the maximum permissible weight for which the simulator is designed. And recently, they began to hammer wooden chopsticks into simulators, while limiting the weight almost twice.It would look like a gym for adults, and weights on simulators can be put for children. I go to the gym to develop and progress, but no, there are limiters there so that I don't break the cable. Maybe you need to put a cable of normal quality? I would like to hear a response from the management of the Ice Arena. I would not like to change the gym, but if nothing changes, I will have to. Please take action.

We were here at the ice rink and bowling alley. For the first time, we were very happy with everything. But later it turned out that getting to the rink and bowling is quite problematic. It's hard to get through, you can't get in without an appointment. Mass skating at the rink is generally a huge rarity. Not every day and only late at night. And we live in the neighboring area and take the children to the ice rink. So when to ride? At hockey, we watched 20 people in all the stands. Why not increase the time of mass skating? Who was the palace built for? The staff is constantly busy with telephone conversations (quite loudly and about personal matters), from which they hardly come off (except for the bowling staff - everything is fine here)

The organization of service in the restaurant is at zero - apparently the guest is always right about the rule there. The administrator is full. Two people came in with us and wanted to eat, well, of course, it's a day off - the men are tipsy, but polite in conversation... And this, so to speak, "helmsman" in their forehead, "drunk is not the place here." Well, it would seem that this is your personal money - invite, pay attention, be polite and you will be revived and come back again and others will be brought and good things will be told about you. So no, after five minutes, the police were called to these two guests and they were taken to the department. But in my opinion, they did not deserve it and there was no reason for a conflict. It's just that this administrator raised everything so that these two almost staged a drunken brawl. That's the kind of picture I had to watch from the sidelines.
The director would like to remind you that you have your own security service and the question is, what do they get paid for??? And such "hall managers" should be driven from such establishments, otherwise he got a position above the staff and feels like the god of the arena, although in my opinion he has no knowledge in the service sector... It feels like he used to work as a bouncer in a diner on the highway somewhere in the 90s.
And finally, I would like to say that anyone could have been in the place of these two. And how do you like this situation - we came to eat, and eventually went to the detoxification center.
