I came to the store for a previously agreed suitcase. There is no one in the office, even though it is open. They don't answer on Instagram, in the chat and by phone number on the site as well. After standing for more than 15 minutes, he turned around and left. Already on the way home, they answered in a chat on the site and said that there was no one and no one answered because of the "live stream", which I did not notice at all standing in the corridor (the corridor is straight and all rooms are visible, and according to the girl, their warehouse is on the same floor). After my explanation that there was no flow, since the entire floor fell into my view and I would have seen it, the girl said that one man took a long time to choose a suitcase. Although, according to her, she herself went out into the corridor (the only person I noticed on Corleone during the entire waiting time) and did not even come up to me, although I was standing right under the doors of their office. In short: zero customer focus. I will advise all my friends to take their suitcases elsewhere, as I will do myself.
