Let's go on a burning ticket! I liked the hotel, our stay was good.We arrived at lunch, we checked in right away. The room was good, we were satisfied with the service and housekeeping. The furniture in the rooms is in good condition, plumbing, safe, mini-bar, TV, everything worked. The hotel is on the first line, its own beach with a gentle entrance and pebbles with sand. There were plenty of sun beds both by the pool and on the beach. But people from other hotels are allowed on the beach, it's not very pleasant! The water in the pools and in the sea is clean. The hammam in the hotel is expensive, you just can't get warm - the staff immediately attacks with various offers of additional services ranging from massages to airport transfers! The food is good, but a little monotonous. The restaurant staff is friendly. Animation for adults and children is present. The Internet is weak, separate for the territory, separate for the rooms.I don't want to write about the hotel guide so as not to get upset!There is a wonderful promenade in front of the hotel, one way to Marmaris, the other to Icmeler. We liked walking and riding bicycles around Icmeler more. In Ichmeler, we found a local Insu agency selling excursions, went to Pamukkale (individually), and to a fur and leather store. They were picked up and brought to the hotel without delay. There were Russian guides or escorts everywhere. If you do not want to look for an agency, you can find out everything via WhatsApp or Viber, order and pay when boarding the tour bus that picks you up from the hotel. The agency's phone numbers can be found in Yandex and Maps.me .With the exception of some details, we were satisfied with the rest. I want to come back to Marmaris again and again!

The hotel has expensive excursions, if you walk 150-200 meters towards the mountain, right behind the Flamingo hotel, you will see Suzanne, there excursions are 2 times cheaper. The beach is nice, everything is clean, but in the sea for the first few days there was garbage floating, I caught it myself and threw it away, although the staff could have controlled it.The show program is of the same type, a little tedious, but in general you can sit at the bar (if you take places in advance) the full settlement was in September, and since the territory is not large, there was discomfort, we never even swam in the pools, the people are packed, the sun beds are all occupied.The hotel is not 5 stars, but 3. If it were possible to put 10 stars, I would. Despite the fact that the hotel was renamed and the word Ideal was removed from its name, everything only got better. Check-in is fast, there are Russian-speaking staff, bracelets are worn from the first to the last minute and you can enjoy absolutely all the benefits. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is daily, the cleaning staff are very nice and friendly. The territory is large, food and drinks are everywhere and always without restrictions. There are slides on one of the pools, billiards, volleyball, aqua aerobics, sauna, gym and night club, all without extra charges. A huge number of new sun beds, there is enough space for everyone. Excellent varied menu, no complaints. There are several cafes on site, a snack bar, a coffee shop, a sports pub for fans of broadcasts. Everywhere is as comfortable, clean and pleasant as possible. Animation was not repeated every evening without exception, for 7 nights, there were Turkish dances, live music, comedy show, acrobats, ballroom dancing, contests for children and adults, Latinos, clowns, and a variety of music. The beach with small pebbles is very large, entering the water is more pleasant on the left side, where there are 16+ sun beds. There are two piers, but you can't dive from them (not everyone is stopped by this). A huge number of photo zones and beautiful locations without leaving the territory, it is possible to order paid services of a professional photographer. The impressions of the vacation are indescribable, it was super, just a complete buzz🏖️ Ultra all inclusive, there was practically no desire to leave the hotel. I wrote a review about this hotel, but for some reason it was not published. Well, let's try again). We were at this hotel from September 27 to October 4, 2023.
We arrived in the evening, we were given a room right away, we bought a room with a sea view, which is naturally more expensive than usual - we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool and the neighboring building!) All the discos and the traffic under the windows were ours ((( thank you that the music was honestly turned off at exactly 00:00, but the drunken Englishmen always continued to have fun for hours until 4 in the morning. Take earplugs.
The main failure of this hotel 5 check-in is food, very poor quality of food, not healthy food, everything is very cheap, the choice is very poor, if you love chicken - after this hotel you will stop loving it because it will be there alone everywhere and in all kinds. Drinks also leave much to be desired - water and beer, that's all you can drink. There are periods during the day when there is no food anywhere and no food at all, if people came from the road, this is of course such a thing for a 5* hotel and all inclusive.
Rooms with rather old and shabby furniture, if you have a double room with separate beds, you should be at most average height and weight because the beds are narrow and short.
And the advantages are a super location, there are no crowds of people like in the center of Marmaris, excellent sea, its own beach and a lot of sun beds, albeit not very comfortable metal ones. The sea! It's the most important thing there)
But I don't want to go to this hotel anymore)

We were at this hotel from June 11 to June 19, 2023.
We were traveling on a burning ticket, so we read the reviews fluently and took a chance.
Upon arrival, I can say that the only disadvantage is Wi-Fi. Yes, slowly and fickle, it needs to be improved.

I read reviews about the fact that the staff does not speak Russian – so this is for you in Sochi or Crimea) There is little food – I do not know what to say, I will write below.
The hotel is located 7 minutes away by minibus for 15 lira from Marmaris (you definitely need to go, there is beauty there) There is a huge, clean, beautiful promenade between the hotels and the sea, you can walk to Marmaris on foot (40 minutes), or just walk in the afternoon/evening in both directions. Thanks to this location, the rest becomes quite active, you don't want to just sit in the hotel, go for a walk!
Now about the hotel:
We had a regular land View room, but we were given a slightly better room without any extra charges, on the 2nd floor with a side view of the sea. We really liked the location of the room, everything is nearby, you can see the sea. In the evenings, we could hear music from the pool bar, but it was until 12, and we didn't go to bed earlier, so everything is fine. The room is cleaned every day, the baseboards were not checked, they did not look under the bed, otherwise the cleaning is good. By the way, Wi-Fi worked best in the room.
The territory of the hotel is not huge, but it is very logical. People are dispersing who goes where. Someone is in the lobby bar, someone is at the pool bar (there are 2 of them), someone is in the garden, so someone is strolling along the promenade outside the territory, there is no sense of a crowd. In the evening, there is not a very strong show program because the hotel does not have the usual amphitheaters (as in Side, Belek), only a stage, but the guys try their best, a pleasant music always plays, we had enough entertainment, especially since you leave the hotel and already have a great time.
Food. We really liked it. The watermelon is gorgeous, fish / poultry / meat, including insanely delicious lamb, lots of fresh vegetables, no mayonnaise salads, a variety of side dishes, soups, pastries, 1000 types of favorite olives, I do not know who could stay hungry here. Yes, there were no shrimp (cocktail only) langoustines)) After 4 very tasty ice cream and corn with salt)
Local alcohol – beer is super, white wine is not bad. That's all) I didn't like red wine at all, cocktails were delicious, but very low–alcohol, lemonade)
Service!!! Boys and girls rush around, clean up, bring, take away, appear from nowhere and they will do it all without tips. And with tips, that's for sure. Russian Russians are all very pleasant, smiling, the attitude is excellent, don't even worry, although there are not many Russians here.
The beach is not wide, 3 rows of sun beds, but long, there was enough space for everyone and always, even if you come at 11, there are places on the first line. The sea is gorgeous, clean, the entrance is good, the view is amazing.
In general, if you are not picky and do not look under the beds in the rooms, feel free to go!

But that's not why we came, so it didn't bother us much. I really liked that the hotel is in the city, in the evenings we walked along the embankment - in both directions. This is the kind of vacation we wanted.

We booked a double standard with a sea view, but when we entered the room, I couldn't believe my eyes - a double bed 140cm wide!!!
How can two adults sleep comfortably on such a bed?
How can this be in a 5* hotel?
At the same time, the room itself is slightly larger than the bed.
It turned out that there are such double beds in the whole hotel.
I had to pay extra and changed to a triple bed - this is one bed 140 and the second 90cm wide and in this case you can sleep comfortably, but separately)
Breakfast is meager, which I did not expect from Turkey and a 5* hotel.
The windows overlook the sea, but the constant noise from the music from the bar, which is until 12 at night.
There is a crush on the territory, there is zero comfort.
In fact, there is no beach, because the beach is two rows of sun beds that are always occupied.
We want to leave here as soon as possible, as this is Sochi and Gelendzhik at its worst, and we wanted to go to Turkey, where we can relax calmly and comfortably.

Well, yes, you can go to the top four on Al, but definitely not 5 stars on ultra all inclusive. The alcohol is all Turkish, of poor quality, do not expect a miracle, there is no import at all. The hotel is very noisy, Bulgarian student camps accommodate 150 people in one check-in, and arrivals are here every day. Noise and uproar 24/7. The rooms on the street are generally trash, the noise of the hotel + the noise of the road. The rooms are tiny, like in European clubs. The sea is so-so, dirty, the beach is narrow. .. People on the sun beds shoulder to shoulder. From a good one))) it's clean, the hotel is well maintained, the staff flies) the ice cream is delicious. Greens, vegetables are normal, herbal teas can be drunk, there is no coffee. In general, we learn from our mistakes, we will not come here anymore.

Specifically, we rested at this hotel 4 times, we are going for the fifth time. We always relax with family and friends. The staff is friendly, there is always enough space in the restaurant. There are sun beds by the pools and on the beach at any time, of course not by the sea itself, but there are. We are satisfied with the cleaning of the room and the room itself, we are adequate people and understand that we bought a ticket to the hotel not for 1,500 thousand rubles and not for 500,000 rubles (Based on 2 people). The price and quality are consistent. They didn't look for flaws. Edenmaennoe - I would put 3 for cleaning the beach itself (October 2021). Before that, there were no complaints about the beach. I will not describe everything that is in the hotel as it is on the website. I advise everyone. You will enjoy both the hotel and the city as a whole. You have never seen such a beautiful embankment (more than 10 km) anywhere!

Yesterday was my daughter's birthday, the hotel did not react, although the guide initially focused on this, wrote down the date and said that she informed the hotel, we came from an excursion, but there was no promised wine or promised fruit in the room, an unpleasant aftertaste remained., the same with the restaurant, they said that they would make an appointment for the day before the birthday, we approach in the morning and there are no places the next day, in general, the DR failed. I recommend the hotel as well. Those with children keep in mind the sea is cold, the animation is weak.
