I bought a 7w RT-1170 model 595lm white color E14 duy type led bulb belonging to Rutter brand Iglo IT company. I think there is a manufacturing defect in the bulb,the bulb turned out to be defective and the bulb did not light up, as well as caused material and moral damage. The light bulb was thrown conditionally by a spark from my chandelier that I installed, and my chandelier became unusable. Then, when I tried the same bulb to the night light with the e14 hearing type, the night light mechanism was also unusable. I called an electrician and made repairs to the chandelier. The reason I prefer this brand and this product is that we decided to prefer the product of a non-BYKT and domestically produced brand, but what happened to us made us sad. I tried to contact the company and report the problem, but even the brand's website on the box does not open. Imagine a product and there is a site on the box, and this site is not being used. I will try every way to communicate the issue to the company. They should check the products they produce and put them on the market, and then in case of such a problem, they should know that the citizen is having problems. I used the same brand's 5w e14 duy type product in the same series, I didn't have a problem, but I had a problem with it. What happens to the citizen because of the product they produce. I am waiting for the return of the company to fix and solve the problem.
