Prices are cheaper than in other stores, but the assortment is not rich, because the store is small, I bought one toy (a shifter machine) so I changed it 3 times, no one checks the quality. Sometimes I buy small metal cars (except for them, in fact, there is nothing else to take)

On 10/29/2022, having come to your store, with the explicit purpose of buying a toy, but the seller was sitting on the phone, eating, did not respond to the word hello, 10 min. I chose the toy myself, the seller did not come up more than once. And this is not the first case, it is with this seller. I ask the administration to repair it.

We bought inflatable balloons for a child's birthday, asked for five balloons and a large number 6, the seller inflated 5 balloons and a large number 5, I refused to take a balloon with the wrong number in response, the seller began to shout that I was mistaken and not her. In the end, I just didn't want to spoil my mood, I paid for all the balls and left....the attitude towards customers is terrible, they do not know how to solve conflict situations and go to a meeting with the buyer.conclusion I will never go there again and I do not advise anyone

The store is good, there is a large selection. But the last visit left an unpleasant aftertaste and a spoiled mood.I will not go to the store anymore, unfortunately, in the next couple of years I will definitely not advise my friends.I prefer places where people talk politely to people and don't vent their bad mood on them.
