We had dinner with our family at the restaurant yesterday, we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the waiters are very friendly, the food and drinks are delicious, coloring books with pencils are brought for children and there is a cartoon on TV. I often visit the restaurant "il patio" and every time I am extremely satisfied!
Situation:
The interior of the restaurant is very cozy and stylish. Warm tones, soft lighting and thoughtful decor create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. It is an ideal place for a romantic dinner, as well as for meetings with friends.
Service:
Top-level service! I especially want to mention our waiter Vadim. He is always polite, attentive and ready to help with the selection of dishes. We never waited long, and all our wishes were taken into account. Vadim really makes each of our visits special!
Meal:
The menu is varied and interesting. Everything was cooked with love and served beautifully.
Prices:
The prices are quite adequate for this level of establishment. Considering the quality of the food and service, we can say that this is an excellent price-quality ratio.
Bottom line:
Overall, I am very happy with every visit I make to il patio. This place has become a real find for me, and I am happy to recommend it to my friends. I recently visited Il Patio and was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was cozy and the food was incredibly delicious. But the highlight of the evening was a meeting with the waitress Alexandra.
Her friendliness and attentiveness simply won me over. Alexandra was well versed in the menu, helped me choose dishes that perfectly suited my mood, and was always ready to answer all my questions.

Very convenient location, you can immediately get to the central Christmas tree, a good interior. There is a separate room with several tables and a children's corner. A corner with worn-out toys, but there is a board with crayons, coloring pages. The children had a lot to do. We were lucky, there were no people in this room. The food is not bad, I really liked the pizza, the lasagna is good. Cocktails are simple, they don't get greedy with alcohol. There is a children's menu, the design is cool. The child really liked the pasta and milkshake.
Of the cons:
The service is slow, the waiter came very rarely, the dishes piled up. The bill was also paid on its own. Perhaps the first of January made adjustments, maybe they got on such a waiter.
The place is classic, with greetings from the 00s, but if you understand where you are going, then it's quite good. The prices are too high, however, the staff needs to be worked on. The bathroom is sad, practically without soap.
In general, it's fine.

The wait time for the waiter is 15 minutes (they haven't gone yet) and his response about the readiness of the dishes is 40-50 minutes on Sunday at 14:00, this spoils the picture to a completely unacceptable level. They didn't wait, they left, they just lost time. There is no such thing in Moscow. Considering that there are a sufficient number of establishments of this level, and, accordingly, there is competition, it's not only about the quality of food, but above all in service and attitude to the customer. It's a very average institution now.
We decided to celebrate our birthday here with a group of 4 people. We specially arrived at the place a week before the event to book a specific table. We pointed him out, and we had all the data in our notebook. They didn't call to confirm the recording on the eve. When we arrived at the pizzeria, no one met us, so we had to ask them to escort us to the table and give us the menu. The table we had ordered in advance was occupied. The receptionist said that our record was lost. At that moment, we wanted to leave, but we realized that on Saturday evening it would be difficult to find a table in the neighborhood. Therefore, we settled on the only empty table in the hall, which was located near the door to the backyard, which was often opened and went out to smoke and the cold wind was blowing.
This dreary evening was brightened up by the waitress Daria, thank you very much. I liked the food too. Congratulations for the birthday boy were warm and sincere.
Will we visit this place again? No. Do we recommend you to visit? No.

The establishment is located in the city center. Not far from the Palace of the Republic and GUM. The room is very spacious, lots of tables. Background music by Italian performers. There are master classes on pizza preparation. The only drawbacks for me are the long wait for the bill, but I won't lower my star for such a small thing. My husband took the chicken liver. Half of the pieces were a little dry, half were normal. The onion was excellent in the dish, there are no complaints about the mashed potatoes.
They took ginger tea and peach lemonade to drink. Good.

I often visited this place during lunch, there was decent service, the waiter girls were always interested in my comfort and the order of serving dishes (thank them very much! two stars for that).
Last night ruined the whole impression. I booked a table in a week (it worked out with 4 calls and 2 messages). She stressed that she really needed a cozy table for a conversation.
Upon the arrival of my guests, the table in my name was occupied by strangers (we came a little in advance, we were not late). They offered a rickety table with chairs, where there was nowhere even to place a bag. Glasses for sparkling wine were brought to the red wine and even after 1.5 hours there was no replacement, there was not enough sauce in the pasta (I generally had it layered into tomato cream and butter). The pizza was delivered an hour later and NOT OURS, no one apologized, they just brought it after another 20 minutes, so they also joked.
Tiramisu was spreading across the plate.
We expected the change within half an hour.
No one asked us all the time if we were satisfied, if we wanted to order something, and in the end we were invited to come again and joked to our answer that it was unlikely that we would ever come here.
I advise the quality manager and the administrator to conduct training with the client-contact staff.
Apologies are not terrible, especially if the joints are yours.

The place is cozy, beautiful and everything is clean, but I didn't like the pizza. We took 2 pizzas margarita and el patio very dry without a drop of sauce and salty (and dessert bianca sauce was apple cider vinegar so here's more about pizza: 3 pizza was as if from the freezer, as if it was warmed in a microwave oven (probably spelled correctly?) So that's how I figured it out? I asked to add ham to the pizza margarita and the ham was just from the refrigerator, it would have been toasted and so on. Roughly speaking, here's a picture below that the ham was just from the refrigerator if the pizza was cooked in the oven, then the ham would have cheese and a little burnt.👎

A good restaurant with a pleasant calm interior and courteous staff. But the kitchen was a little upset. The pizza "Quatro Formaggi" clearly failed – a cracker and little filling. Also, the desserts that I wanted to try were not all available. We took cheesecake and fondue, as usual. But I liked the white homemade wine and "Chicken Scalopini" with perfectly cooked mushrooms.
Overall, we were positive and left in a good mood, but objectively speaking, we need to work on the kitchen.

Very spoiled. Awful. I visited there many times in 2000-2010, it was a great place.
Today I ordered 3 pizzas with delivery. They brought ala-Americano on a thick dough with a thick side, everything is covered with semolina from below (as in America), although there is a claim to real Italian cuisine (I have been to Italy more than once), the fillings are minimal and taste too, although I ordered the largest. It feels like the difference from small pizzas is only in the amount of dough, everything else is just smeared over a large radius.
I will not recommend it to anyone else, especially considering that the price is higher than that of competitors.
They were not happy with the taste of the word at all. It's like we just ate some dough with minimal flavor. I was especially impressed by the 600 gram salmon pizza with 8 thinnest transparent slices of salmon per 10-20 grams)).
On the second delivery, we corrected well today. There are no problems with delivery, and there are no more questions about filling pizzas. The techniques of making pizzas a la Americano, which have changed recently, will be left to the desire of consumers and if they are satisfied with everything. In general, everything is fine, the guys are doing well, they are trying. I corrected the review to excellent.

There are no questions about chicken nuggets and potatoes. Bruschetta is a very loud name for an ordinary baguette and stuffed with fish, and goat cheese cream on bruschetta with baked peppers looks like tasteless kefir. Greek salad is a solid onion. Salad with duck, grapes and mango sauce - the duck was very far from what was stated on the menu. But the most unpleasant thing is that after Caesar with shrimp, the girl suffered from frustration all night and half of the next day. I do not recommend this restaurant, even if you are very hungry.
