Thank you for the kindness of the staff to the guests. During the three days of our stay, we were surrounded by attention and good service. Special thanks to the head, we met by chance in the lobby, suggested all the necessary places for us in the city. The hotel is not noisy. The rooms are clean, the bed is white, it was comfortable to sleep. We will definitely be in Aktobe, we will stay at the Ilek hotel.

The room was tired: the shut-off valves of the toilet were faulty, the murmur of water can be heard for days if you do not pull the button back; the balcony door had cracks, the wind walked through the room, as well as sounds; instead of gel they gave a small piece of soap, a set for brushing teeth was brought after several reminders; the air conditioner remote was buggy; there was no cooler, they drink water in the hotel from a Soviet-era pipeline; I found some kind of bug in the toilet.
Positive
The hotel has delicious and homemade food in the cafe-bar, good and stable WiFi speed.
You can spend a few nights, moved quickly to another hotel.

I will not consider this hotel again. The hotel is running, I didn't expect much for a budget room, but I don't accept dirt. On the day of arrival, the room was not cleaned, it was impossible to walk on the floor without shoes, they did not respond to the request to bring slippers the first time. The duvet cover is smaller than a blanket, the towel is all stained, there is a huge stain on the white tulle, smudges on the walls, fingerprints of someone's palms. The room is smoky.

A terrible hotel for a lot of money. It was necessary to stop at midnight and chose her. I have not seen such a "scoop" for a long time, a complete lack of hot water, broken saucers and cups in the rooms that have survived more than one war. The reservation was not found at the reception and was calculated at a different cost. It's good that I took a printed reservation sheet with me, the difference was then returned. I do not recommend it.

From June 22 to June 26, 2023, we stayed in the beautiful city of Aktobe and stayed with you. The administrators accepted us as family. The cooks were fed very tasty porridge. The maids took very good care of us.
Special thanks to the administrators for their patience. While we were deciding on the room, we took off and restored the reservation several times. The girls showed more than a dozen patience.
By being patient, we invest in our emotional and physical health. If we are patient with others, we have a good relationship with them
If we are patient, we become more like our heavenly Father and follow the advice from the Holy Scriptures. "Put on deep compassion, kindness, humility, meekness and patience" (Colossians 3:12).

Recently, a Dina supermarket was opened on the ground floor where the room was empty for a long time. In my opinion, this is the best decision related to this building in a long time. On the 5th floor there is a Charm beauty salon, a normal salon.

Everything is old, as if the furniture has not been updated since the Soviet era, the wallpaper was definitely glued for the last time about 15 years ago, the TV is also Soviet with a large kinescope, it works every other time, there is a strange bathroom in the toilet, or rather the bathroom floor, because I have never seen such anywhere. Of the advantages, the rooms are non-smoking, there is Wi-Fi, the staff is polite and responsive, there is Parking. The room cost 9500tg. Compared to the equivalent hotels there and in other cities, both heaven and earth. I don't want to offend the management, but I will say that you have a lot to strive for... The building itself is huge, located next to the train station, with good repairs and new furniture, I would visit again, but not like this, only once and then because there was no time to look for another place.
