A great place to relax, clean, cozy, close to the sea, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The hostess of the guest house Ilona is very friendly and responsive, always responds to a request and tells you. We have been vacationing in this house for many years in a row and recommend it to everyone👍👌

We stopped twice. The second time, I decided that I would look for something else.
On the plus side: the rooms are generally clean and tidy, the sea is very close (literally across the street), near the Sukhum shop and cafe (not bad).
What didn't you like:
I think that for such a price for accommodation, it was possible to change bed linen and towels at least once per week's stay. Provide hygiene products (soap, toilet paper). Huge bed bugs (not bed bugs) are running around the room.
The trouble with the TV is, you have to set it up yourself to watch something.
In general, there is no service and hospitality in Abkhazia, and this is felt more acutely from year to year.

I want to say thank you. This is the best house on the coast. It's clean, the yard is where you can roast a barbecue, the children have plenty of space. Fruits are growing, it's two minutes to the sea. I want to appeal to the vacationers as well. Please clean up the trash, do not leave the dishes soaked in the sink, if you wash, then do not leave for 3 hours. If everyone is clean, it will be more pleasant for everyone to relax.
