On March 3, an order was placed for tires, they called me back and confirmed the order. There was a repeat call, due to the fact that prices are changing, I need to pick up the tires by pickup at the old prices. We agreed on March 5th. On March 4, the manager called back and said -you can pick up in Gomel, Khataevich 40A, tires have been delivered, the price is the same. On March 5, upon arrival, I was informed that the price had increased by 13%. No one could explain to me how the price increased overnight. Yes, and payment is exclusively in cash, no cards.

Everything is fine. The company is open to customers, prices are stated immediately, everything is indicated on the website, unlike most when you always need to call. I drove to the tire shop cheaper in the city, I did not find what I was looking for. They were prompted by the struck alloy wheels at a price for their editing. I also decided to check and refuel the air conditioner. Everything was checked and refueled. No complaints. I definitely recommend it.

The tire repair is disgusting, the wheels were balanced, the r15 wheels on winter tires arrived, they didn't really balance, just threw them on and said that all 4 wheels were in the trash, took 10p more for it, went to another tire repair, everything was done without problems, I won't go to them anymore

To say that the staff is below the baseboard is to say nothing. Firstly, the site is a disgrace (you cannot register, and if you manage to register, you will not be able to log in again, since they constantly write that such a login and email already exists and the password is constantly incorrect. But it doesn't matter. I ordered a call and I've been waiting for a response for more than 4 hours. I decided to call myself. I got through from the nth number of times. They say to order on the website and they will call me back. Once again, registration on the site and, lo and behold, it turned out. I ordered it. I'm waiting for a call. More than 5 hours. Put the store in the basket, I will go to the competitors on principle and I will not advise all my friends. And there is no need to talk about the fact that seasonality and workload are now. if you were interested in profit and feedback about your quality of service, you would find ways to make money on seasonality. And your actions and the actions of your employees indicate that you don't give a damn about it. ZERO, total ZERO. Time spent.
