The hotel is good, everything is fine! Beautiful interiors and walking distance to the center of Yerevan.
There are many small details that need to be corrected. For example, the TV does not show, the buttons of the bedside lamps are broken, the faucets are dirty, there are no smart keys to enter, the plates in the restaurant are beaten, the knives are curved and so on.
That's why I can't give you the highest score.

A big plus is the proximity to the center. You can walk everywhere. The rooms are nice and clean. The standard rooms are a little tired, but there is an improved standard, there is a larger area, and windows to the courtyard, and more comfortable.
In general, the price and quality are consistent. The only thing I didn't like was the broken dishes, almost all the plates with chips. Breakfast is included in the price and in the morning buffet))) it is better to take it without breakfast, the level is very low. I just left the hotel and turned left, a huge number of restaurants and cafes, the choice is amazing and the service is good everywhere😊

The condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired
- the floors are caved in, I'm outright holes under the carpet
- in places, the carpet does not reach the tiles, why not fill such places with foam (frankly, not the most inconspicuous material and as unlike a carpet as possible)?

The impression of this hotel is twofold. We had a room with a view from the window to the wall(. Apparently, there was a hood from the kitchen nearby, because when the window was open, food was coming from the street. There was no air conditioning. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The mattress is moderately hard, the pillows are tired.
The breakfasts are monotonous, the choice is meager. The finished dishes are brought untimely.
The hotel staff is strange, friendly when you address them, at other times they don't seem to notice you. Maybe this is the policy of the hotel? The girls at the reception are helpful in any matter. The cleaners cleaned the room every day, so they were always friendly.
I wouldn't stay here a second time and wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

We rented a room for 5 days and those were the most terrible days.
There is no service at all, the room is cleaned every 2 days... the garbage was not thrown away. We told the cleaner, she said if you don't like it, pay extra and clean up, and so you can take out your garbage yourself and put it outside the door, we will take it away. That's how they clean up, the creepy boors work. The administrator does not solve problems at all, there is a manager for this, which does not always happen and he is also of little use.
I have never seen such a boorish attitude during my trip in any hotel.
The bathroom smells eerily of sewage.
The receptionist was called, she said she couldn't do anything.
So, if you decide to check into this hotel, understand that you must be a jack of all trades 😂
Only the teapot with mugs was fully functional 😂🔥
