A great hotel, the room category was upgraded for free, the staff is responsive and pleasant. Breakfasts are paid separately, but they definitely cost 10/10 of their money. The main advantage of this hotel is its location! It took us about 25 minutes to get from the railway station, all the main attractions are nearby. We did not use taxis and transport, we walked everywhere, and it is very convenient to return to the guest house, because it is almost in the very center. We were at the end of December, the corporate season, this is the main drawback, because there is karaoke and a disco on the territory, which is filled with beautiful people, not hotel guests, which means loud music. Our windows on the 3rd floor faced the street and karaoke was just under us, on Saturday the music did not stop until 2 am, you can hear decently. It was very warm in the room, and I wanted to open the window a little, but because of the music I couldn't do it, because I could hear it even with the windows closed. Room cleaning is possible on request every day, towels and sets are changed, bottled water is provided. The hotel is clean, the foya is very good. The staff is restrained, without emotions. Since we hardly spent time at the hotel, but wanted to get a good night's sleep, I give a solid 4 stars for clean linen, a cozy atmosphere in the room, fresh renovation and close location to the center.

If in the room, there will be some kind of sandwich -there is a karaoke and a club on the 5th floor and if you come for the weekend, everything will be heard in the room on the 3rd floor and you will not be able to fall asleep quickly -the refrigerator does not work well, we put the sausage and cheese in the evening, in the morning it was spoiled, since the refrigerator did not work all night, although everything else worked in the room -there is no luggage storage in the hotel, everything must be left at the reception or on the windowsill next to the reception -the hotel has a restaurant divided into 2 parts and when you enter the hotel, everyone will greet you and look where you are going, whether you are suitable for the restaurant -it was not always clean -there is an arrow for prayer for Muslims(photo) -there are no grocery stores nearby, we had to go uphill towards the main street - if there are any games in restaurants, there is no poster anywhere, we stumbled upon the mafia game - there is no heating, when asked why there is no heating, they said that only a few days ago they turned on the heating in the city and they do not have it yet, and when asked if we could have a heater, they said that there is an air conditioner for heating and it can be turned on, but when I turned it on, it worked very poorly and it was cool in the room, and the administration threw up their hands and did not know what to do Train your employees! Otherwise, no one knows anything! In general, the hotel is not bad, but there are shortcomings that simply cannot be ignored
