My husband and I went to see the city of Vilnius during the New Year holidays. We booked a two-bed room in the In Astra hotel in advance, and the hotel did not even take an advance payment. Since we arrived early in the morning, around 9 o'clock, and check-in at 14 o'clock, we decided to leave our bags at the hotel and go for a walk around the surroundings. From the very first minute until we left the hotel, we had very great impressions not only about this hotel, but also about the staff.
Alla, the hotel employee, is very polite and friendly, allowed us to check in earlier after 12 o'clock, it was very pleasant. The room turned out to be very clean, cozy, in full working order (plumbing, TV, etc.), warm and bright. The hotel itself is small, but very clean and pleasant. It was possible to use the shared kitchen, if desired, to warm up food, make tea and coffee (included in the price).
Alla was replaced by Kristina, also a very responsive girl who was happy to answer our questions. To the work of the staff and the hotel itself, we would give an A plus for the high level of service!

The hotel is in the center, there is Parking in the courtyard, which is a big plus for housing in the center. The room is large enough, but the renovation is old. All attractions can be reached on foot.
