The harmless manicure removal procedure got into an unpleasant situation.
I signed up via Instagram, they set the price at 7p. 40 minutes after the start of the procedure, they told me that they were done with me, the master would not have time to do anything else, and that was it. Okay, I thought, but in my understanding, when removing the coating, at least you need to align the corners in order not to leave the cabin with scraps.
But the worst was ahead. I was assigned the amount of 14p at the checkout. This is TWICE as high as stated. I asked why, because the administrator on Instagram told me a completely different amount, to which I received an answer in the spirit that it was because I had extended nails, they do not work with such at all. However, no one warned me in advance that the price is different for the removal of extended and non-extended nails. Gel polish is both there and there. I paid - I'm not sorry. But you need to warn about changes in the price list in advance and ask the client what kind of nails he has, since this can lead to a problem. And it's not for me to magically figure out that they don't work with extensions and in general the price is different.
The sediment is terribly unpleasant, and evaluate the quality of the manicure removal yourself.

I had to urgently look for where else to do my hair. As a result, we ruined our daughter's mood and wasted our time. I do not advise you to come here.

I would like to share my emotions and impressions from visiting this salon . I received a tip to the salon more than once from friends and colleagues , they admired the salon and the work of the masters . So I decided to sign up for a haircut and try everything on myself , so to speak . The masters Tatiana Danilevich advised me . When I came to record , I was met by the most gracious administrator and after clarifying my record offered tea or coffee , it was very nice from such care 😊
Then I went for a haircut in the magnificent hands of Tatiana , after analyzing my wishes about the haircut , the master began to work wonders . The joints of the previous masters were corrected and a plan for hair care was developed . To say that I am satisfied is to say nothing . It 's better to try it on yourself ! To take a closer look at the salon and the staff, I decided to sign up for the removal of the coating first. To which she was refused. Because the policy of the salon does not imply the removal of the coating, which was not done by them. This means that there is no interest in customers. This is the first time I've encountered this. I will not contact this salon anymore

The interior is pleasant, BUT! the quality of work is poor, or rather none. The young master made an invisible highlighting for me, when I asked where the coloring was, she said that the strands were small and the highlighting had dissolved!!!!))) I already had blonde hair, I probably decided not to bother...Wasted time and money, They certainly don't lay out this for an example!, what's before what's after..... That's putting it mildly!
