I haven't eaten shawarma for a long time and decided to fix it. I came to an already familiar place and found that the Grilfuddrive was no longer there. Well, I decided to try a new one. I took a classic shawarma for 9.90. When I came home, I gladly poured myself some juice from a shawarma and cut it into two parts, as I always do. Here the first surprise awaited me. There was very little meat. The rest is vegetables, not even. The rest is cabbage and a couple slices of cucumber and tomato. I sighed and took a bite. I get a second surprise. Mustard. Nowhere was it written about the sauce, when asked what kind of sauce, the girl replied that it was ordinary. Sour cream with mayonnaise. Not a word about mustard, which is strongly felt. The meat is overcooked, dry. It's hard to chew. A lot, well, a lot of cabbage. The filling ratio is 80% cabbage, 10% meat, 10% sauce and slices of cucumber and tomato. Shawarma is 3 out of 10.
