I do not recommend this agency to anyone, I really regretted that I turned to them for help in opening a visa. Complete negligence, irresponsibility, lack of education on the part of the visa specialist and disregard for clients.
We came to the agency in early October, we needed a Spanish visa. We were given breakfast for four months, since we only needed a visa in the middle of spring, we thought everything was fine. New Year's Eve passed, we were told that the conditions for applying for a Spanish visa had changed, that they had problems and could not apply for us, and they offered to sign up for a Greek visa. This is our first visa, so we agreed. Our agent assured us that this is the best solution: quickly, cheaply, they give everyone a clean passport for the trip. We agreed, and then the whole horror began: for several days we were answered to the most basic questions, we were not prescribed an exact list of documents, the girl simply forgot to specify some of them, she also could not specifically orient us according to the documents, errors appeared in the questionnaire, which were then corrected directly at the Greek embassy for additional money, they forgot about the refund for the visa difference, then they issued a refund for more than a month, in general, there are big shoals at literally every stage of the work.
But we eventually got a visa. But a couple of days before the trip, I received a call from the Greek consulate in Moscow, saying that my visa had been cancelled. I'm calling my manager and starting to deal with this situation. A few months ago, I saw an article saying that Greece could cancel a visa if hotels were cancelled (which is what happened in our situation). At the same time, I sent this article to my agent and clarified whether it was true or not. To which the girl assured me that this does not happen in Belarus, but it turns out it does))) during a conversation with her specialist, it turned out that they did not give any guarantees at all for their visas, the girl said no guarantees. You have received a visa, we have collected your documents, but the fact that we cancelled your hotel, and because of this your visa was cancelled, does not concern us at all.
Then please tell me what the meaning of your work is, that YOU didn't warn us about such a nuance. Yes, you provided us with the documents, made a hotel reservation, although you could find a free cancellation on the same booking before the day of arrival, but at the same time, because of these very hotels, we were canceled.
At the moment, I'm really sorry that I contacted this company, because this is a ruined vacation, this is a huge amount of money that no one will return to me. They're also trying to prove to me that it's my fault. That the people at the agency don't know the specifics of this visa. What are you being paid for? It's my fault that you found such a hotel, that you chose and booked it, that you canceled it, even though I warned you about these nuances and clarified them, and you work with people, with the VC, you should be aware of all this from the very beginning and warn us all about it! I don't understand the meaning of your work then, I found a million information about the nuances of this visa after the cancellation in any visa chat, how could you not know this when you work in this field is a mystery to me)
I really hope that no one else will suffer from the negligence of this organization.

It's a terrible agency, the staff is unqualified, they don't know about all the details themselves, especially Violetta, who didn't give a damn about us as clients, gave us the wrong list of documents, and as a result, our visa was canceled. Don't contact them!

We turned to this travel agency for help in opening a Greek visa. They paid 350 rubles each . For this money, they have to register us at the visa application center and prepare all the documents ( questionnaires, hotel reservations, air tickets . At the conclusion of the contract, it was stipulated that the passport could be in the visa center for 21 days, so I asked them to make an entry so that I would have a passport from 08/6/2024 to 08/9/2024 because I have a wedding!! After a while , they called me and clarified in which city , as an ALTERNATIVE , you can specify a visa application center where you can sign up ( we agreed on Brest ) . After some time, I was informed that we were sent to the visa application center in Brest (which was an ALTERNATIVE and that it was not realistic to enroll in Minsk at all )08/24/2024 and it turns out that my passport is at the embassy on the wedding date!!!!! When I called them to sort out the situation, they offered to pay me another 350 rubles. to correspond on another date ! Great!!!!!! The manager who handled our documents generally said, I don't know anything, I have a lot of work to do, call the management!!!!!OK, we've rescheduled the wedding date. The day before submitting the documents , I call and ask about their availability , to which I am answered as soon as we dial and asked to send a bank statement ( which should contain the amount of 1,500 euros ) .in the evening, the manager calls and says that we are not included in this amount , that this amount should include all tickets and accommodation and what we can spend there!!!!!! And she warns about all this the DAY before the submission !!!!!!!! And she began to prepare the documents , too, then yes !!!!! We arrive at the visa center in Brest and we all have mistakes in the questionnaires (we just had to rewrite the data from the passport), which were prepared by this travel agency, we had to pay an additional 22 rubles for each questionnaire !!!!!! I don 't know why we paid this company , the wedding was postponed , money was spent , nerves were pretty frayed !!!!!
