In January 2024, he claimed that in my case, customs clearance was preferential at 0%. In March, he submitted documents to the customs and informed them after the fact that he would be refused because he had to pay 15% of the duty. The answer of this "specialist" is "yes, I just found out myself." The concept of "service" is unknown to him - the manner of communication confirms this. As a result, 2 days of wasted time and huge additional expenses due to the "services" of this company. I strongly do not recommend spending time and money on them.
