The first time I stopped, I thought it seemed, I stopped the second time - no, it didn't seem. Good location, perfect cleanliness, super staff, mega supplies: there are even washcloths with shower caps, but:
Plumbing is in terrible condition, toilets are on the shelves, the shower does not work
The beds have the most comfortable mattresses
The furniture creaks
Breakfast is meager and in a dark basement
But the price tag is pleasant - 14000 tenge standard for one

The hotel is very decent, everything is nearby, the city center, and you can walk to the shopping center. The rooms are clean, everything is done for convenience, all accessories are soap in miniature, and a toothbrush, washcloth, nail file and even thread!! These little things demonstrate customer care. It's always quiet. There is water on the tables. And a very tasty breakfast. Inju was our first stop on a big trip and then we very often remembered it as paradise! It's a pity there are no photos left

I arrived in the city of Taraz from Almaty tired, decided to spend the night at the hotel Inju. In general, I asked for a room, they settled in 104, in the morning I had to get up at 5 a.m. and go back on the road, but at night they settled a noisy company opposite, which did not let me fall asleep. I was surprised by the indifference of the administration to other visitors, I would not say that there are visitors in other rooms too and not to make noise, but they somehow don't care. Before leaving, they checked the room and wanted to put on me those things that were not in the refrigerator (0.5 cola, chocolate sniggers and oreo cookies). in general, the worst hotel in my history

The hotel needs very, very and many more times very deep cleaning. Cleaning for the view, stains on the mirror from a damp cloth, that is, the product for glass and mirror surfaces is not used, it is an unpleasant sight. Dust is everywhere and again we return to special cleaning tools, they are not used at all, for example, a means for furniture, so that there would be less dust. The bathroom is a separate topic, before my check-in, even the floor was not washed in the toilet, something sticky was on the floor, the glass of the shower stall was also poorly washed, the plastic joint with the glass must be cleaned with a brush and special means. Among the advantages: clean bed, no unpleasant odors in the room and polite girls at the reception.

I have been here more than once, the food is delicious buffet, the rooms are spacious, I had a good time. there is no elevator, a cafe is within walking distance, away from the roads and very quiet. I definitely recommend it to everyone without exception!

Excellent location, fast internet connection. Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, daily high-quality cleaning, mini-bar.

There is no water pressure in the shower on the third floor. It flows in a small trickle.
The tile moves away from the wall.
The suspended toilet stands on a wooden bar.
There is no chair/armchair and table in the room, only an ottoman, there is nowhere to sit and work.
There is a kettle, a cup, tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast is normal, but cold, as there are no heated gastro-containers.

One of the advantages is the friendliness of the staff, convenient location
Among the disadvantages are the lack of room orders, the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired (the smell of sewage in the toilet / shower), the bed is too harsh, the prices for the minibar are also too high.

I stayed in a room with two separate beds.
Pros: excellent location, private Parking, a bunk bed, an LG Smart TV is quite large, a packed minibar, breakfast (simple, but still).
Cons: a hard mattress (for me this is a minus), a pillow with one name, a small room without an entrance hall, no sound insulation (absolutely everything that happened in the corridor was audible), weak water pressure in the shower.

Plumbing problems are constant. Then the toilet is kept on its word of honor. Watering cans don't work properly in the shower. I had to repeat the problem several times and did not immediately respond to requests.
Breakfast - ordered semolina porridge. So it was boiled in water for 10-15 percent, maybe there was milk, but I didn't notice that.
For this amount, you can look for something else!

The room and bathroom were dirty. There were empty bottles from the previous tenants on the bedside table and hair in the sink. The breakfasts are tasteless and the dishes are dirty, greasy, with sticky pieces of food. Despite this, the hotel has its advantages. This is the location and a comfortable bed, pillows.

The water in the shower is running without pressure, and the shower itself was broken.
I chose according to the stars and recommendations, as a result, a 4-star hotel opposite with a rating of 4 for the same price, I think it would be much more interesting.

Like a restaurant in the basement, no windows, no lights. Although the kitchen doesn't seem to be bad. There is its own Parking, although the exit can be blocked and parked right before check-in.
