When I came to get the medicine, I did not have a very good experience visiting this pharmacy.
It seems to be a great pharmacy chain, there have never been any problems or any unpleasant moments. But apparently you don't have to do it one time at a time.
I came for Trialgin in the form of PILLS. Having clearly and politely formulated her request, she turned to the pharmacist. That day, I felt very unwell and did not pay attention to the drug they were giving me, because I had never encountered incompetent pharmacists before. I received the change and before I could leave the pharmacy door, I noticed that they gave me the drug not in PILLS, as I asked, but in powders (this is quite a big difference for me because I can't stand powders). I went back to the same pharmacist and explained the situation, to which I received the answer: "What's the difference between powder or pills? " , but still agreed to exchange for pills.
And here comes the most interesting part, the pharmacist demands a receipt that was not given initially at the time of purchase (and yes, it is not my responsibility to monitor whether the receipt was given or not, but the PHARMACIST), for another half hour they demanded a receipt from me and at the same time accused me of asking for the medicine in "POWDERS" myself.
At my POLITE suggestion to look at the cameras and make sure that the receipt was not given to me and I asked for the drug in tablets (offered 3 times), the pharmacist simply translated the topic. The third time I mentioned the cameras, the salesman grabbed the drug and threw it into his closet, just as casually threw the same drug at me, but thank God in the form of pills and money (since the powders were twice as expensive) thank you for putting it on the counter, and not in his face and wishing with hatred in his eyes "I wish you a speedy recovery." As soon as I recover, I will definitely visit this institution and leave my feedback in the complaint book. Thank you so much for treating people so unprofessionally. I'm a medical worker myself, and for some reason I don't treat people that way.

An excellent pharmacy with a good selection of drugs, Ekaterina Dmitrieva, a competent and professional pharmacist, who "got back on her feet" within a day of illness, especially won over. She is very friendly, smiling and sociable.
