July 10, 2018
In late June - early July 2018, we had a rest in Ukraine, the Troyanda recreation center. The contract for tour services was concluded with the company "Inmintur". Elena, the tourism manager, helped in choosing a recreation center, consulted, and issued documents. There are no questions for the manager. The recreation center fully corresponded to all the information provided by the manager and described on the website. Questions and complaints arise only to the carrier company with which Inmintur works. The seating of people (as in other companies, where children and elderly people sit at the beginning of the bus) was completely absent!!! From the beginning to the middle of the bus, there were apparently quite healthy men and women aged 20 to 60 years old. All the children ended up in the back of the bus. My child and I were initially put on the very "gallery". After persuasion, we ended up in the middle. As for comfort, this is a separate song! The seats on the bus were positioned in such a way that your feet immediately rested against the back of the previous seat. It was almost impossible to lower them, otherwise the person sitting behind would simply be trapped. And this is with my small height (160 cm). What should those above do?! One man WAS STANDING half the way (because they just couldn't fit together with their small neighbor)!!! The promise of delivery directly to the recreation center turned out to be only promises. We were dropped off at Limanskaya station with the words that the bus could not travel further through the village, and that we had to walk a little bit ourselves. A little bit turned out to be a distance of about a kilometer: through railway tracks, without asphalt, sidewalks, with a half-asleep child, a suitcase and things. No one was going to take us back from the recreation center either. Our escort called the reception and informed us of the time and place where we should be... Add to the kilometer-long walk at lunchtime the heat of 30 degrees, crowds of tourists walking along the roadway, cars, buses scurrying there with a bunch of things. I would like to note that other buses passed quite normally both to our and to neighboring recreation centers. Buses from Vitebsk and Brest even stood there for several days. Our carrier company preferred its own benefits to the detriment of the comfort of vacationers!!!
