I want to share that I recently graduated from the amazing private online school Innoclass in front-end development. I am absolutely delighted with what is happening here – it is just a magical place where real miracles happen!
I was especially lucky with my teacher – Artyom turned out to be not just a teacher, but a man with a huge heart and a sincere soul. He was always supportive, could explain any topic simply and clearly, patiently answered all questions and never left me without attention. It was a pleasure to communicate with him!
But the coolest thing that hooked me from the very beginning was the opportunity to get a cashback for my studies with honors. I immediately believed in this opportunity, and it was this belief that greatly energized and motivated me to study. At work, my colleagues didn't believe me and even laughed at me, but now they have to admit that they were wrong. Because right now I'm getting it in innoclass. This is reality!!! And I realized one important rule: if you set a goal and go for it, no matter what, you can achieve absolutely anything!
Another incredible location associated with Innoclass is Innodom, where events are regularly held. Although I live far away, in the Gomel region, this did not prevent me from traveling 350 kilometers one way by train to get there. Do you know why? Amazing people gather here – HR specialists, whom you can meet right on networking and even find a job if you already have experience and have something to tell about yourself, as well as just interesting personalities who are constantly developing and growing. It is so easy and pleasant to communicate with them, and after such meetings you feel energized and eager to move forward.
I am even a little sad that there is no such place in my native Gomel. But I will definitely come back to Innodom as soon as possible. After all, it was here that I heard the words that will live forever in my memory and in my heart, the words that inspired me to do things that I did not expect from myself!

I can talk about InnoDom school both as a graduate without 5 minutes (the last lecture ended just yesterday), and as a visitor to their regular events (the vast majority of which are available to everyone).
1) I wholeheartedly advise you to attend various master classes and open days (with invited specialists from various fields of it), as well as hackathons (where teams of novice specialists and students of various fields of this school join teams, creating real masterpieces in just a few days)!
2) The co-founders, administrators and teaching staff were pleased with their professionalism and involvement in all organizational and academic nuances. I will separately note the efficiency and quality of feedback!
3) The training material and the approach to learning are really multifaceted: everything is divided into lectures on modules, lessons, homework, tests and practical tasks (including additional tasks for the most sophisticated and willing to work in a team of the same enthusiasts)
4) I want to emphasize how the school meets its future students; motivates them throughout the entire period of the course; the painstaking and attention with which they approach the creation of a community that will not leave you in a difficult moment for a long time 😌🤌

In general, there seems to be potential, but the organization of the educational process is not set up very well, there is no proper control over the dz, why? See above. Python Basic course.
Minuses:
They were deceived by the fact that after each lesson a recording of the lesson will be available. As a result, at the end of the course, you need to ask the teacher to record a lesson that you also need to download. I spoke to the curator of the group about this, called the office, promised to fix everything in the end, the result was for several classes and that's it.
The presentations of the lessons are terrible, a lot of errors, broken codes, outdated information.
4 months of training is very short, I did not have time to understand the topic as we are already going through a new one.
They said that at least 2 hours a day should be devoted to programming, this is far from the case. I used to do one homework for 3 days (to delve into and understand how it works and not just do it)
The chat of the "dead" group, ask nothing, just ignore. It is easier to search the Internet for the answer to the question yourself.
Of the 14 people in the group, 5 remained.

Interesting.
A lot of new information.
There are presentations for each lesson.
Tests.
The training platform is beautifully designed.(lessons, homework, tests, etc.)
Summary:
The course is for those who have an analytical brain, who are ready to study independently (on the Internet to search for additional information that is not explained or written in presentations), who do not care about the minuses - the little things that I described.

I did not think that I would be able to apply the knowledge I gained in my main field, but even here everything is going well. In the telegram community, the guys constantly publish useful information and any vacancies. Articles are often published on how to combine the progressive field with the main place of work / study and introduce something new into everyday things. I studied Frontend for myself. I decided to take a course and I do not regret it. Great teachers, friendly atmosphere, support from the teacher and management.
