The flight was delayed for 3 hours, all attempts to get an answer from the company's representatives ended in complete disregard of them. People were sitting at the train station, waiting, without information. Then it became clear that the bus had broken down. (which was already breaking)
No one apologized for the delay, and the telegram messages with my questions were deleted.
No, guys, you're not carrying bananas, but you're responsible for living people. If the ticket costs 5,000, then be kind enough to at least respond in a telegram when you are simply asked for information - this is normal in Moscow and in the civilized world, if anything. Get used to it.

Great organization! Very attentive attitude, the help when buying a ticket is simply unique! I was carrying a cat with me - no problems, they even helped me buy tickets for an earlier flight so as not to wait long at the bus station! Thank you very much, the cashier- unfortunately she was in a hurry and did not ask for the name.
