The staff is polite. But you're going to repair the car, not talk to the staff. After 3 attempts to repair the car, it was sent to an official dealer, although 3 nodes were changed. They couldn't answer why they changed it and why I paid. The problem was not fixed, although the car stayed with them for about a week. Money and time are wasted. By the way, the officials solved the problem in 1 day.

I came to make a door handle (it did not open). Made. Then, during the conversation, they casually mentioned that "only now the lock does not work." I told them to change everything as it was, so as to fix the handle and so that the lock worked - in no way at all (I then changed the plastic pin myself and everything worked). In the bill for everything else, I saw the amount of 11 rubles for replacing the pen. It was not possible to defend their rights, and they did not want to deduct it from the bill in any way.
