We were helped by a very pleasant and polite manager Olga Tavlui, for which I thank her very much) I liked everything: how well the tour for two was chosen for our needs and budget, the hotel in Dubai in the Dubai Marina area, the most beautiful Movenpick hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. The beach at the Marina hotel is simply magnificent: sand, fish in large numbers! A beautiful night promenade is nearby. Tatiana suggested the best restaurants and profitable mobile providers. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Tatiana Lakhmakova's manager for her help in making her dream come true-a trip to Qatar. She helped us choose a tour according to all our requests, was in touch during our trip and asked how our vacation was, if everything was okay. Also, as soon as the departure time was postponed, she immediately notified us about it (a few days in advance), while the other guys from our plane who bought the tour from other travel agencies were notified only less than a day in advance and then the receiving party. If you want to fly to Qatar, then do it only through Intercity because this is their destination. Only positive emotions and for the next vacation to Qatar, only to you.

Огромное спасибо Татьяне Лахмаковой за подбор тура! У нас был запрос со звездочкой- нужен был тур для семьи с 2я маленькими, но активными детьми, отель со своей зеленой территорией, прямой и близкий подход к морю. Татьяна подобрала просто идеальный отель (Coral Beach in Sharjah). Он просто создан для семейного отдыха! 2 недели там пролетели незаметно. И мы и дети остались очень довольны. Отдыхали в Хургаде с 15 по 25 июля в отеле Мовенпик 5*. Спокойный семейный отдых, большая зеленая территория, собственный большой песчаный пляж, прекрасная разнообразная кухня, сервис на высоте. Спасибо большое Интерсити за отличный отдых. Особенная благодарность Евгении за чуткое отношение ко всем нашим требованиям при выборе отеля. Спасибо Вам за то, что любите своих клиентов.

Хочу поделиться впечатлением об отдыхе в ОАЭ в одном из эмиратов Рас- Эль Хаймэ в отеле Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island 4* в апреле 2022
1.При обращения в Интерсити за два до совсем не планируемого отдыха, Виктория и ее коллеги сделала все, чтобы наш отпуск не сгорел. Билетов на самолет в этот период уже не было и мы могли рассчитывать только на заболевших ковид и отказняков ,но для этого им необходимо мониторить ситуацию постоянно. И они нас благополучно отправили в место и отель ,о которых мы с дочерью не пожалели. Отель расположен на коссе ,с двух сторон море. Замечательный широкий пляж, оборудованный ,вход в море пологий без резких переходов. Есть бассейн с отличным видом на море. Питание достойное и разнообразное .Рядом с отелем прогулочная зона и велодорожкой .Прогулка по набережной может принести приятные сюрпризы и Вы встретите гуляющих лис по парапету набережной. Утренний восход и вечерний закат -восхитительны. Место для семейного отдыха, не тусовочное ,без кафэшек и громкой музыки.Больше релакс. Но все есть в часе езды. Дубай. Мы разнообразили свой отдых однодневной экскурсией в Дубай на кабриолете ,за целый день мы посмотрели все основные достопримечательности и день провели в дельфинарии, где поплавали с дельфинами в обнимку и посетили аквапарк. Отдых в 7 дней состоялся. Больше было бы утомительно. Были мы в апреле ,погода была комфортной. Спасибо Виктории и ребятам за спонтанный ,но очень запоминающийся отдых.

После отдыха в Тунисе в июне 2021 года впечатления от Интерсити самые приятные, всё было сделано для нашего наилучшего отдыха в это не простое время. Отдельное спасибо гиду от Интерсити Сахби: невероятно обаятельный, образованный, человек с тонким чувством юмора и внимательным отношением к отдыхающим. Глубоко порядочный,и заботящийся человек, на которого можно положиться в чужой стране.

Нулевая организация тура.
Летали с данной компанией на Шри Ланку в январе 2022 года столкнулись с нулевой организацией тура, и абсолютной незаинтересованности помочь нам с решением возникающих вопросов, как стороной Шри Ланки, так и миснким офисом, где заказывали тур. Если кратко:
1.Компания "подарила" билеты на выставку Экспо-2022 в Дубае, по прилету оказалось, что 2 наших билета шли с одним кодом+были реализованы двумя месяцами ранее вообще другими людьми. На выяснение этой информации там ушло около 2х часов, при связи с нашим агентом услышали только равнодушие "ну не идите",это не наша ошибка
2.По прилету ночью в Коломбо нас никто не встретил, а все 4!!! дежурных номера не отвечали. В итоге спустя 1.5 часа бега по аэропорту через другого оператора мы сели в какой-то автобус, который согласился нас довести. При созвоне с оператором Интер Сити, ы услышали: "Ну куда-то же вы сели, значит ок"
3.Все время, когда сталкивались с какими-то вопросами, держные номера отвечали долго и словно читали "между строк", иногда меняя информацию
4.После сдачи пцр нам выслали 2 результата теста и 1 был не с нашей фамилией, (т.е. без нашей проверки это могло обнаружиться только в аэропорту!)
5.В день отъезда с трансфером снова возникли проблемы, он просто не знал банально кого он должен везти, ни фио, ни номера комнаты. Отъезд был запланирован в 5.15 утра, в итоге только 5.50 водитель сказал, что ждет все-таки нас и довезет до общего автобуса. Ещё бы немного и этот автобус бы уехал без нас, в аэропорту были впритык. Дежурные номера при этом тоже не отвечали.
Сначала мы хотели решить вопрос по приезду мирным путем, т.к. тур был очень дорогим+это был наш медовый месяц. Нас выслушали, взяли информацию и документацию и за 1.5 месяца не получили с той стороны никаких ответов. При повторном визите в турфирму уже для написания заявления в книге жалоб, нам стали говорить, что Шри Ланка так работает,что турфирма не отвечала за трансферт и вообще мы пришли во время акции 10%! Т.е. видимо они думают, что раз мы попали в период акции, то можно вовсе не выполнять свои услуги добросовестно и просто плевать на клиента.
В общем, делайте выводы сами, но рисковать и ехать снова с этой фирмой, и чувствовать, что на тебя плюют, получив деньги, мы не рискнем.
