I am very grateful to Tatiana for the prompt selection of our unexpected vacation with children.
The tour was a burning one to Qatar. Meals: all inclusive.
I was delighted with the country of rest (trip 16.06-25.06.) Yes, it was hot, the plane was a family one, the majority with children. They hit the Muslims. it was a holiday, so the food was in a beautiful restaurant, the menu was mega diverse and entertainment for children was with sweet gifts, then it was a little worse (food was moved to the canteen, the assortment became poorer (the abundance of ore products disappeared). The juices are very tasty, the alcohol is all from good quality bottles. The ice cream for the children was unlimited - very tasty. In the pool and at sea, the watchful eyes of rescuers will not let anyone go under the water. You can safely leave with the children, they are being looked after. The kids' club is sooo thoughtful, there are board games, cartoons, animators can centrally drive children to eat.
Of the cons: it's a little hot even in the evening. There is no evening animation. At 19:00, they are kicked out of the pool, then only eat and there is nothing much to do if you do not take a taxi and go to the city.
In general, rest is an aesthetic delight. A country worth visiting. It's a different world.

Many thanks to the manager Tatiana for an unusual and interesting vacation in the Egyptian Maldives in Mersa Matruh. She very professionally offered me a budget vacation at the Beau Site Hotel. Meals: half board. I highly recommend it to those who follow the figure. There is a lot of food, the food is exquisite - fish, seafood every day, meat, fruits, pastries, national sweet desserts. And you have time to rest from breakfast to dinner. The hotel is located in a bay, there are no big waves here, the entrance is gentle, the depth begins 10 meters from the shore. The water has an unusually bright blue color. The hotel has its own beach, which is very convenient, because on public beaches in Mersa Matruh it is customary to sit on chairs, and here, in addition to chairs, there are tents with mattresses. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and friendly. Oriental music plays in the evenings. Well, in the city outside the gates of the hotel there is a real oriental flavor: Muslim clothes, shops, life boils all night. During my stay, there were no more Russian-speaking tourists, the staff speaks English, I think that knowledge of the language is necessary for comfortable communication.
Of the cons: there is not enough water, they give two bottles, the rest needs to be bought, and the card does not work everywhere, cash is needed.
I am very happy with my vacation and will definitely return to Tatiana's Intercity.

And again, we spent a wonderful vacation with Intercity and our constant travel agent, a wonderful specialist and simply beautiful Kolosovskaya Tatiana. Thank her from the bottom of my heart! We were vacationing in Turkey, in the village of Cholakli, the Orpheus Park hotel, me, my husband and a 15-year-old child. The hotel is great, I really liked it. If you arrive without a penny (lira) of money, you don't have to think about anything. The hotel will take care of you: the food is good and almost the whole day (as well as on the beach), the rooms are clean, with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The linen is good, they change it often, they give towels to the beach and you can change them at least every day. Dolmushik takes you to the sea...but it's not even convenient to use it somehow...walk for 5-7 minutes at most on a flat road. The beach has all the infrastructure and an excellent awning, you could always find a place. But the neighboring luxury Sural Shed with sun protection was not lucky...flimsy umbrellas with holes did not save. Even people wandered into our place, but our beach guard-cleaner famously chased them away. The entrance to the sea opposite is problematic, but slightly towards the Sural and you will be happy! The sea was clean, calm, incredibly warm for this time - from 15.06 to 28.06. Now it's probably boiling water at all. There are 2 more pools in the hotel, one with a slide, on which not only children, but also weighty people moved out. You can write a lot, the hotel is excellent in its range. The only thing I do not recommend is food and silence for families with very young children. As it is, everything is fine.

We flew to Qatar, Doha, for our honeymoon. Initially, we considered Turkey, but without enthusiasm, since no one in Minsk could offer us anything good in our budget and with departure from Minsk. All that was required of us was to arrive at the airport and board the right plane. They chewed everything up to us, so there were no questions.
Tatiana offered us Qatar, Doha, and we did not regret it at all. This, of course, cannot be described in words — this beauty needs to be seen live. The hotel was very nice: everything was clean, water was always brought, the food was great, for every taste — from seafood to four types of meat. I don't have enough pages to fit everything at once. I am torn apart by good emotions from such views!!! I will not forget this best trip!!! Thank you, Tatiana! We are now only yours!

I had a vacation in Egypt (Sharm el Sheikh, Promenade Resort Moutain Side hotel) from 07/26/2016. to 08/06/2024. The hotel is normal, the room has everything you need. Furniture, shower, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, TV, mini fridge, hair dryer, tea and coffee set, shampoo, gel, drinking water are updated as needed. The food is ordinary, cooked deliciously, there is a choice. The staff is polite, pleasant, friendly. They respond to any request. The hotel is well located, in 5-8 minutes you can easily walk to the state pharmacy and Mango Market, in 30 minutes to the Fix Price and the Old Market for buying all kinds of gifts. The beach is good, there were always enough sun beds and umbrellas, the entrance to the sea is gentle, absolutely shallow, corals are not needed unless you are going to go somewhere else where there will be corals.Wi-Fi takes you even on the beach. For more than 10 years we have been vacationing with intercity and a great agent Tatiana, who always helps with the choice of a resort, hotel, promptly selects a tour and keeps up to date with all changes. This time we flew to Qatar to the Sheraton hotel, I did not even look at all the proposed hotels in detail, but simply stopped at the option that Tatiana highlighted. We had a rest from 08/06/2024 in Charm at the NOVOTEL hotel on the second coastline. This hotel is part of the infrastructure of the NOVOTEL BEACH hotel, which is located on the first coastline. All entertainment programs and animation for children take place there. This hotel is for those who like active recreation. At the hotel on the second line, nothing happened in the evening. This hotel is for those who love silence. Of the advantages, I want to note a well-groomed territory, three swimming pools, there are always free sun beds. On the downside, I didn't like the fact that the rooms have old furniture and plumbing. Towels were changed every day, the water in the room was regular, but the bed was never in 14 days of stay. In terms of nutrition, 5 stars does not pull at all. The menu is quite monotonous. If something was cooked on the spot, you had to stand in line. It was annoying. But the biggest disadvantage for me was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant. And this is for a hotel of this level. In general, this is a hotel for lovers of relaxing holidays, who like to walk around the territory, climb the hill, as some bungalows are located on the 2nd and 3rd lines. And now about the good things. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager Tatiana. It's not the first time we've had a vacation with her. She is always attentive, will answer all your questions, advise you on the best way, and ask how your vacation is going. Thank her very much. The man is in his place.

We would like to express our gratitude to Tatiana and Vlad, the office of the Sportivnaya metro station Minsk for our wonderful vacation in Montenegro on 23.07-31.07.2024. We chose the Dimic Elite 4* hotel, breakfast was included, we always left with a full belly) It was 5 minutes to the sea, we chose the beach we liked. The restaurants are wonderful, for seafood and fish lovers it's just a paradise)Nature is fascinating: mountains, sea, trees. The flight is wonderful, even with a transfer in Istanbul, but we had time to walk around the huge airport and shops. Thank you for supporting our desire to visit this beautiful country)

03/22/2024 we got into an Arabic fairy tale! The hotel has the highest rating! Clean, pompous, all in colors, settled quickly. The room had everything from a hair dryer to a toothbrush. Huge + private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The food is varied and delicious. We were especially pleased that the hotel has Russian-speaking staff (Belarusians and Kazakhs). Our native Belarusian Anastasia, a wonderful person, very attentive, advised where to go, what to see, how to get to the sights and is always in touch, even on her day off.
A very beautiful Doha simply amazed us with its color during Ramadan!
Everything was at the highest level!

We had a rest in Sharm El-Sheikh in early February 2024, flew from InterCity. Manager Tatiana helped us choose the necessary option with a sandy approach to the sea, as a result, we settled in Ivy Cyrene Sharm and did not regret it. For Egypt, the hotel was great, with working Wi-Fi in the room, delicious food, excellent animators and, of course, the warm sea.
The company also ordered an excursion with a flight to Cairo to view the pyramids, everything was well organized!

Many thanks to my beloved Intercity and personally to Tatiana Kolosovskaya!!! This is the fourth year we have been with you). We have just returned from Qatar... Direct flight to Belavia. 5 with a tail of hours and you are in a fairy tale. By the way, Belavia, as always, is on top. We have been flying with them for the umpteenth time: they will feed and give us water))). The Grand Sheraton Hotel is just a fairy tale... A chic room that even has a coffee machine, bathrobes and disposable slippers with stunning views of the Persian Gulf and the city of Doha. There is a private beach below, which is full of free sunbeds and gazebos at any time. The staff cleans the room every day and is ready to fulfill all your wishes. The chef asks every day in the restaurant if you are satisfied with everything. There are Russian-speaking administrators Anastasia (big greetings to her) and Russian-speaking waiters. The location is excellent, right in the center of Doha. The metro is 20 minutes away at a calm pace, and if you take a shortcut, then all 15. DECC metro station. There is also a 4-storey Corfour hypermall with an exchanger, although you can pay with a card everywhere. You can easily get to all the attractions of Doha by metro, it costs only $ 2 for the whole day (including trams and electric buses). We've been everywhere we can... In general, the trip was wonderful, there were a lot of impressions. Now it remains only to deal with a bunch of photos))). And thanks again to Intercity!!!! We are with you!!!

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in the UAE! The combined tour was picked up by Tatyana Kolosovskaya. Thank you so much for another vacation! At first, we rested in Fujairah, and then for three days in Dubai. Hotels (Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort and Millenium Al Barsha) liked it. Good location, clean, cozy. The breakfast-dinner meal was quite satisfactory for us. Check-in is fast, the staff is friendly. Cleaning was daily.

Только что вернулись из ОАЭ, отдыхали семьёй в июле 2023 года (семья из 4-х человек, детям 13 и 16). Мы все ошеломлены! Отдых превзошёл все наши ожидания! Спасибо огромное Татьяне Колосовской, помогла сделать выбор, подобрала отели, которые идеально подошли для нас. Отдельное спасибо Татьяне, что посоветовала разделить отдых на 2 части: 9 дней мы наслаждались колоритом и спокойствием эмирата Аджман и 3 дня восхищались и жили в шикарном Дубае.
В Аджмане жили в отеле Wyndham Garden Ajman. Иногда, приехав на отдых, смотришь на другие отели и думаешь, почему не забронировал тот или другой. Так вот, здесь ни разу такой мысли не возникло. Wyndham Garden Ajman - идеальный отель для отдыха! Отличный сервис, вкусная и разнообразная еда: мясные блюда и блюда из морепродуктов, много фруктов и овощей. Нашу семью расселили в 2 номера, что тоже было приятным сюрпризом, т.к. рассчитывали на двухкомнатный номер (такой и был один из номеров) и отдельный однокомнатный номер для детей. Всех такой вариант очень устраивал! Приехали мы в 13:00, до 14 ждать не пришлось, выдали ключи от двух комнат сразу. Пляж у отеля через дорогу, лежаков всем хватало, полотенца на месте. Море, конечно, в июле чересчур тёплое, но в отеле есть бассейн, воду в котором специально охлаждают! Рядом с бассейном можно побаловаться в джакузи. Кому хочется погорячей, может посетить сауну. Есть тренажёрный зал. Все окна в отеле выходят на море, всегда можно насладиться прекрасным видом из панорамного окна или расположившись на балконе.
В Аджмане особо никуда не ходили, в близлежащие кафешки и магазины, но ездили на несколько экскурсий. Экскурсия в Дубай - незабываема! Всё, что посетили, впечатлило и навсегда осталось в памяти. Особенно поразила история возникновения острова Пальма!
Также ездили на экскурсию в пустыню. Не для слабонервных! Катание на джипах по дюнам, встреча со стадом верблюдов, катание на верблюдах, вечерний концерт и вкусная еда. Море впечатлений и эмоций!
Съездили в Оман, ныряли с масками в Аравийском море, ловили рыбу и катались на банане.
Затем поехали в Дубай. Отель в Дубае Indigo Dubai Downtown - это не отель, а галерея искусств! Столько всего интересного и в номере, и в холле, в ресторане - повсюду. Там даже проводят экскурсии. Снова жили в двух номерах, расположенных рядом. Вид из окна, номера, еда, обслуживание - всё н высшем уровне! Отель находится в 10 минутах пешком от самого крупного торгово-развлекательного центра в мире Dubai Mall, рядом самый высокий небоскрёб в мире Бурдж-Халифа и феерические Поющие фонтаны.
Более 10 лет ездим от агентства Интерсити, каждый раз Татьяна подбирала то, что нужно нашей семье. Татьяна плохого не посоветует)). Всем рекомендую.

По делу и по факту !
Интерсити(Фортуна) на притыцкого,спасибо Татьяне за работу и оперативность,к туроператору вопросов нет!
Находились с 31-07.08.23 в Onkel Resort Hotel.
Прямой вылет с Минска ,5.5ч,с билетами и трансфером проблем не было, от аэропорта ехать не далеко.
Сразу один огромный минус который может подпортить настроение,доплачивали туроператору за номер с видом на море что помечено в ваучере ( не частичным!),по прилету заселили вообще в другой номер тк очень много туристов,закрыв глаза на это,на следующий день нас без извинений и компенсаций,с огромным удивлением что мы хотим то ,за что заплатили,а не вид на дорогу и рынок, заселяют с ЧАСТИЧНЫМ видом на море,никто разбираться не хотел и о переселении разговора даже не шло!Обидно,досадно,грустно и печально,чтоб не портить настроение себе решили закрыть глаза,приехали ведь на море,но осадочек был!Есть вопросы по уборке,убирали при нас и это вынести мусор,налить средство на пол и растереть ГОТОВО!
Из хорошего,отель правда комфортный,невероятно красивые виды на отры,много зелени и красок,бассейн крытый и открытый,лежаков много,хватает,с полотенцами тоже вопросов не было,пирс свой с лежаками ,есть спуск к воде ,так же на море специальный заход есть ,ведь везде галька и советую брать с собой тапочки для рафтинга.Еда на любой вкус, всегда свежая,достаточно и разнообразно,алкоголь ну ничего нового немного разбавленный ,но это Турция)
Аниматоры хорошие,активные ,бывало чересчур,но это их работа!Пенные вечиринки ,оненное шоу,белая вечиринка,было как развлечься,дарц,водное поло,аэробика,зарядки..
Напротив отеля через дорогу есть магазины, с сувенирами и чем душе угодно,с большего доброжелательные,любят торговаться,всегда им приятно угостить вас хотя бы чаем!
Подитожив я бы могла посоветовать этот отель,но на заметку взять что номер дадут тот который захотят сколько бы вы не заплатили!

Недавно вернулись из Турции. Отель Sueno Hotels Beach. Отель хорош. Впечатления отличные от отдыха и экскурсии отличные.
Огромная территория - красивые насаждения, куча всяких бассейнов, взрослый аквапарк, детские водные горки, фонтаны, приятно порадовал парк аттракционов (минимально, но все что нужно для покататься, машинки, горки, карусели, тир и тд).
Детская анимация почти целый день до 12 ночи, есть детский город профессий. Девчонкам аниматорам конечно бы чуть больше жизни, но в целом у детей остались положительные впечатления.
В целом много всяких развлечений уж точно больше 20 на любой вкус - футбол, волейбол, петанк, тир, дартс, теннис большой-маленький, водное поло, бильярд, бадминтон и еще и еще.
Отель достаточно свежий, чистый. Не было проблем с уборкой. утром или после обеда, но всегда уберут.
Около 20 всяких ресторанов, кафешек, точек для поесть. Интересная идея с улицей еды, где рядом с пляжем можно поесть не заходя в гостиницу. Из еды в целом можно найти все - суши, гамбургеры, лепешки, супы, салаты, рыба, круассаны пальчики оближешь, огромная в две руки запечённая картошка в мундирах с овощами понравилась. Но.... нет большого разнообразия блюд. Чего уж точно не найдете так это разнообразие фруктов. Были только яблоки, бананы, сливы, груша, арбуз. Иногда на ужин дыня, абрикос, персик и нектарин. Не было совсем ананасов, винограда, черешни, клубники, киви.
Пляж идеальнейший. Песочек. Пологий длинный вход в воду. Огромный пирс с баром. Можно рыбок покормить сверху. Море достаточно спокойное и теплое - вода парное молоко.
Недалеко развалины старого гора Суена - можно по береговой линии прогуляться и посмотреть огромный каменный город, которому 2000 лет. Впечатляет.
Отельное спасибо Владу уже со счету сбились сколько раз ездили по его рекомендации и отдельный респект отельному гиду на турецкой стороне... все разрулил, всегда был на связи. Организовал нам отличные индивидуальные трансферы под наши запросы по адекватной цене, которая была в два раза ниже местных бомбил. Прям отдых без забот получился.
Трансфер рекомендуем брать в отель индивидуальный всего лишь час езды против 2,5 часа на общем бусе и в аэропорт нас забрали за три часа до вылета вместо пяти-шести. Почти всю ночь выспались и утром уехали в аэропорт. Без спешки все красиво успели сделать.

Настоящие профессионалы! Работают даже в воскресенье, все формы оплаты доступны, моментально отвечают - все это было решающим моментом для того чтобы выполнить обещания детям и сделать им МОРЕ-2023!!!
Забронировили нам места в самолете еще до подтверждения брони в отеле - для гарантии отдыха. Без лишних слов решили все текущие проблемы, о которых заявили.
Я сама работаю в образовании в туризме и гостеприимстве. Большое количество моих студентов - успешные директора и менеджеры в туристических компаниях. Но никто не ьыл доступен в воскресенье)))
Знаю все об этой сфере. Поэтому смею оставить именно такой отзыв.
Мы в восхищении от Вашей работы, Интерсити, в лице прекрасной Дарьи на притыцкого!!!!!

Отличный оператор! 5 лет пользуемся только их услугами. Даже в случае форс-мажора не оставили нас без отдыха и в кратчайшие сроки организовали вылет туда, где пускают. Всегда прозрачная ценовая политика - нет скрытых наценок, повышения цен после раннего бронирования. С ними всегда спокойно бронируем отели на лето еще в декабре.
Хочу сказать отдельное «спасибо» менеджеру Татьяне за высокий профессионализм и желание помочь клиентам.

Когда то обратились в этот офис по соаету друзей. И не пожалели. Наш менеджер Татьяна Колосовская. Всегда приветливая и улыбчивая. Уже два раза летали по ее подборам в туры на отдых. Всегда помогала нам найти выгодное, интересное и отличное предложение. Буду всем советовать всем.

В январе 2022 отдыхали в LidoSarm hotel 4*(Египет/Шарм эль Шейх). Отдых был отличным, реальность превзошла ожидания. Спасибо за прекрасную организацию и подготовку нашего отдыха. Не первый раз обращаемся за помощью в ИнтерСити к менеджеру Татьяне (офис Фортуна, Притыцкого 27а). Спасибо Татьяне за терпение и высокий профессионализм. Рекомендую как сам отель, так и агенство. Спокойный, размеренный отдых, видно, что отель заботится о своих гостях. Не хотелось уезжать. Так что в очередной раз не ошиблись с выбором турагенства. Будем обращаться и дальше. Всем советуб ИнтерСити!

Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Влад - профессионал своего дела, проконсультировал по нескольким направлениям, учел все мои пожелания, всегда был на связи и отвечал на вопросы. Очень приятно было в аэропорту перед отлетом встретить команду Интерсити, которые еще раз пожелали хорошего отдыха и даже подарили крутой подарок. Также по прилете в Египет нас встретили девочки из Интерсити, угостили конфетами и водой. Если отдыхать - то только с этой командой профессионалов!
