Too bad experience of asking for assistance from hotel staff both check in counter and concierge with the food delivery! Seems like they are not willing to help hotel guests to order from outside the hotel. Frustrating and disappointing! Recommendations for ordering food delivery: Please tell courier to come inside the hotel lobby and deliver directly to your hand as a guest instead of any of the staff there!
